The left-wing extremists in Washington, D.C., whom the media were quick to defend after they harassed attendees of the Republican National Convention late Thursday were back on the streets Saturday talking about burning down the White House and killing cops …

Listen to one of these “peaceful protesters,” as the media describe them, unleash his inner extremist in a rant directed at his followers (*Language warning):

I’m at the point where I’m ready to put these police in the f–king grave. I’m at the point where I want to burn the f–king White House down.  I want to take it to the senators, I want to take to the Congress, I want to take the fight to them,” the extremist in the video above said.

And at the end of the day, if they ain’t going to hear us, we burn them the f–k down. I’m one that talk real s–t. I talk it in New York, and I talk it in D.C. The same way I f–k police up in New York, I f–k cops up here in D.C. The same way I bust police in the head in New York, I bust police in the head in D.C.

Earlier in the week, a Minneapolis police officer sustained severe injuries after left-wing extremists successfully aimed a garbage can lid at his head:

“Now, it’s a lot of people that’s on this front line, and one of the things that I always say, ‘Don’t get on this f–king front line if you ain’t going to f–king fight. Don’t get on this front line if you ain’t going to take no hit,” the extremist continued.

“Don’t get on this front line when the police f–king push up, you push back. If you want to be on this front line and those racist ass, nasty ass, punk ass f–king police is f–king pushing up, you push the f–k up.”

The stunning rant marked one of many notable events that transpired throughout the evening in D.C., as Black Lives Matter- and Antifa-linked extremists swamped the city.

Video footage from D.C. showed the extremists hassling journalists, terrorizing diners and assaulting local homeowners:

Of course, to hear the media tell it, the extremists were just “[m]archers protesting for racial justice,” as The Washington Post put it, and when the police finally chose to intervene by declaring a riot, they were the ones in the wrong.

“Anthea Yur, 26, a protester from Minneapolis, said the confrontation escalated after police at the line at 16th and K streets seized a protester in the intersection and pulled the person behind the line,” the Post reported.

“That’s what started the confrontation. Then they started shooting flash bangs,” the Post’s left-wing witness said.

It’s true that local authorities eventually declared a riot and swooped in to restore order after the extremists had been allowed to run free for hours.

The latest round of riots in D.C. occurred two days after the city’s left-wing extremists harassed, hounded and tried to attack Republican National Convention attendees as they were leaving the White House.

Included among the victims were Sen. Rand Paul and his wife:
