Larry Elder hits LeBron James with facts after he claims blacks are terrified to live in America

Grammar-challenged NBA star LeBron James responded on Monday to the shooting a day earlier of Kenosha, Wisconsin black suspect Jacob Blake by delivering a screed about how every black American is “terrified” of being fired upon by the police.

But missing from his screed was any dose of reality. For one, Blake, a longtime criminal with a history of “domestic violence” and “sexual assault,” was shot after tussling with the police, resisting arrest and then reaching for something in his car.

For the rest of the reality check, look to Larry Elder, the proud black conservative, attorney and documentarian behind the hit 2020 film, “Uncle Tom.”

Everything he wrote was 100 percent accurate, not that someone like James has ever displayed even the slightest interest in actual facts.

“If you’re sitting here telling me that there was no way to subdue that gentleman or detain him or to just … before the firing of guns, then you’re lying to not only me, but you’re lying to every African American, every black person in the community, because we see it over and over and over,” James claimed in a rant to reporters Monday.

“If you watch the video, there is multiple moments where, if they wanted to, they could have tackled him, they could have grabbed him, they could have done that. Why does it always have to get to a point where we see the guns firing?”

James has no experience in law enforcement. Nor did he seem aware of any of the countless examples of what can happen if a suspect is able to reach inside his car.

“Quite frankly, it’s just f–ked up in our community. I know people get tired of hearing me say it, but we are scared as black people in America. Black men, black women, black kids, we are terrified because you don’t know, you have no idea how that cop that day left the house,” James continued.

“You don’t know if he woke up on the good side of the bed, you don’t know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. You don’t know if he had an argument at home with a significant other, if one of his kids said something crazy to him and he left the house steaming. Or maybe he just left the house saying that today is gonna be the end for one of these black people. That’s what it feels like.”

Elder wasn’t the only black American to take umbrage to James’ victimhood spiel. A number of others responded to his original post by sharing their own frustration.

Look:

James and other members of the NBA have positioned themselves as strong members of the Black Lives Matter movement, despite concerns about the movement’s radicalism and its tendency to defend the most repugnant of human beings (or countries).

Yet neither James nor anybody else at the NBA has displayed similar concern for the victims of the Black Lives Matter-motivated riots that have sprung up across America, mostly recently in Kenosha, where families — some of them black — have seen their businesses be torched to the ground on behalf of “justice” for Blake.

“On Sunday, protests following Blake’s shooting turned violent when rioters set fire to buildings, churches, and cars in the neighborhood near where Blake was shot in the back by police. Residents are now speaking out, condemning destruction in an area of the city that’s home to many black-owned businesses,” the Washington Free Beacon reported.

See one of those residents speaking out below (*Language warning):

For some reason, women like the one seen above don’t seem to exist in James’ world …
