Dan Crenshaw agrees with Kilmeade on Hillary’s suspicious ‘don’t concede’ advice to Biden: It’s ‘eerie’

Texas Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw panned former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for instructing current nominee Joe Biden not to concede a loss to President Donald Trump, calling it “eerie.”

Crenshaw, who is scheduled to speak at the Republican National Convention Wednesday evening, also hypothesized that Democrats, in general, are pushing a narrative that any Trump victory will be illegitimate because he’s allegedly working to disrupt mail-in balloting by ‘sabotaging’ the U.S. Postal Service.

“Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances,” Clinton told Showtime’s “The Circus,” which was released, in part, on Tuesday. “Because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually, I do believe he will win, if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is.”

Clinton went on to repeat the Democrat conspiracy theory that Republicans were “messing up absentee balloting” so that Trump would win, citing polls nationwide that allegedly show Biden up by high single digits.

“We’ve got to have a massive legal operation,” Clinton, who won the popular vote in 2016 but was soundly defeated after Trump won big in the Electoral College, said. “And I know the Biden campaign is working on that.”

In fact, the Biden campaign earlier this summer retained some 600 lawyers with the intention of using them to contest as many election results as possible, according to talk radio giant and former Reagan Justice Department chief of staff Mark Levin, who first discussed the Democrat strategy to delegitimize a Trump victory.

Levin’s theory is that Democrats and the Biden campaign want to create as much disruption as possible surrounding the election to cast doubt about a Trump victory to ignite their base. Crenshaw appears to agree with that.

“How bold she is with just laying out their plan like that. And we all know that’s the plan, right? Create as much chaos around elections as possible,” Crenshaw, a decorated former Navy SEAL officer who was wounded in combat and lost an eye.

The Texas Republican added in his interview with “Fox & Friends” that Americans ought to find it “very suspicious” that “Democrats don’t want any regulation” on “our institution of voting.”

“What they’ve done is they’ve built a narrative — don’t concede, universal mail-in ballots, no voter ID,” Crenshaw continued. “They’ve started to build a narrative that if Donald Trump gets elected it’ll be illegitimate, and now they’re laying out their plan.

“What’s interesting about them too, is this: If we’re all being honest, and you’ve just got a bunch of problem-solvers in a room and said, ‘Hey, we want an election that is verifiable and secure so that we all know that our vote counts,’ obviously elements of that would be in-person voting and voter ID,” Crenshaw continued.

“Everybody would agree on those common-sense elements,” he added, “so you should find it very suspicious that these are the things Democrats fight against the most. Why is that?

“It’s very, very strange, and it’s because they want to create chaos in the elections. They want to be able to tinker with the chaos and claim victory even when they didn’t win,” he added.

Co-host Brian Kilmeade reminded viewers that then-President Barack Obama had to call Clinton and tell her she needed to concede after Trump beat her in 2016. That was after she sounded incredulous a few months earlier when Trump suggested he would take a wait-and-see approach on Election Night before conceding.

Earlier this year, conservative talk king Rush Limbaugh theorized that Democrats will attempt to create suspicion and doubt in election outcomes with the objective, long-term, of abolishing them so they can retain power perpetually.

“It is increasingly obvious that the only thing standing between them and perpetual power — to which they think they are entitled — is your ability to vote against them. As such, elections will be in their crosshairs. It won’t happen this year, and it won’t happen overnight. But it will happen. In fact, leftists have already started laying the groundwork,” he wrote in the February issue of his Limbaugh Letter.
