President Donald Trump has pointed out that, of all the people whom presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden could have chosen to serve as his VP, he wound up picking the former Democrat primary candidate, Sen. Kamala Harris, who’d spoken the most trash about him during the primary race.
“I watched her poll numbers go, boom, boom, boom, down to almost nothing. And she left angry, she left mad, there was nobody more insulting to Biden than she was,” he said at a White House coronavirus briefing Wednesday.
“She said horrible things about him, including accusations made about him by a woman where she, I guess, believed the woman. And now all of a sudden, she’s running to be vice-president saying how wonderful he is.”
Talk about a 180.

“I thought it was a very unusual pick because you said such bad things and you know better than anybody what … You won’t write it because you don’t want to do that, but you know, better than anybody, she said horrible things about him, horrible things. And she mocked him, openly mocked him,” the president added.
“That’s why I thought that was a very risky pick, because I’m sure that’ll be played back. Not necessarily by me, but others, it’ll be played back.”
In fact, her attacks on Biden are already being played back nonstop by critics.
Case in point:
BREAKING: Joe Biden has picked Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate.
How nice of him to pick her after she called him a vile racist on the debate stage a little over a year ago. pic.twitter.com/d5DDiBi7m5

A recent Morning Consult/Politico poll found that “[r]oughly 4 in 5 voters have at least heard of Harris,” meaning they’re presumably also aware of her history of attacking Biden.
More notably, the poll found that a greater percentage of voters — 34 percent — view her unfavorably versus favorability (33 percent). In the words of the president, “Not good.”
Continuing his remarks at Wednesday’s presser, the president then turned to Harris’s radical agenda, which he suspected would not fare well in Middle America.
“The other thing, if you look, she wants a $3 trillion tax hike, no fracking. How do you think no fracking in Pennsylvania is going to play? That’s a big fracking state. If you didn’t have energy produced that way, you would have taxes that would triple and you’d have unemployment that you wouldn’t believe,” he said.
“In Pennsylvania last year, had the best year they’ve ever had. Texas last year, had the best year they’ve ever had. Oklahoma, best year. Almost every state in our nation last year, had the best year they’ve ever had. And they’re going to have that again next year. And you can see that by what … but think of it … She wants no fossil fuels.”
That’s not entirely correct. What it appears she wants is to sue the fossil fuel industry into submission.
“As part of her climate proposal, Harris indicates that she’d both bolster the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to enforce environmental protections — and that she’d reinforce plaintiffs’ ability to sue companies for harm they’ve incurred because of pollution, or other environmental misconduct,” Vox reported last September.
“Harris is focusing on holding fossil fuel companies accountable by ensuring the EPA and the Department of Justice have the resources they need to pursue such cases, and codifying laws that guarantee plaintiffs’ standing to levy civil litigation if they’ve been ‘harmed by pollution.'”
Of course, this sort of so-called “accountability” could potentially put fossil fuel companies out of business.
The climate plan I released today won’t just focus on the future of our planet: it will hold the fossil fuel industry and chemical companies accountable for their part in destroying our environment and harming the health and wellbeing of current and future generations.

“No fossil fuels. Really? Tell that to Texas,” the president continued.
“And then I hear, ‘Trump is only one point up in Texas’ Now, they said the same thing with crooked Hillary Clinton. They said, ‘Texas is in play. Trump is down in Texas.’ And then I won Texas immediately, when they said, ‘The polls are closed, Trump has won Texas.’ And I won by a lot. And I won Georgia by a lot. It’s the same thing over.”
The “same thing over” so much so that some are saying that, in many respects, Harris is Hillary Clinton 2.0.
Kamala is Hillary 2.0.
Unlikeable. Grating voice. Mean. Vindictive. Haughty. Got her power through a man. Ambitious and ruthless.
Hope Joe has a food tester.

Kamala is just Hillary 2.0 with a different paint job. Same type of psychopath.

Kamala Harris is Hillary Clinton 2.0.

Kamala is Hillary 2.0 and Biden is a useless corpse. He’s a place holder to prevent a populist progressive takeover of the party & will be swiftly replaced once elected. The Democrats rigged 2020 for Kamala and by extension Hillary. It’s time to walk away from this corrupt party.

The president took an additional swipe at Harris in a tweet posted Thursday morning.
Look:
The Fake News Media is giving @KamalaHarris a free pass despite her Radical Left failures and very poor run in the Democrat Primary. There was nobody meaner or more condescending to Slow Joe, not even me, and yet she quickly evaporated down to almost zero in the polls. Bad!
