A cat, who died 12 years ago, was sent a voter registration application in the mail

An 18-year-old cat named Cody in the Atlanta area received a voter registration application in the mail, but the feline listed in the paperwork as Cody Tims won’t be able to vote in November, sadly, because he died 12 years ago.

“A great cat, indoor and outdoor, loved his family, loved his neighborhood,” said Cody’s owner, Carol Tims, about their beloved pet who ordinarily didn’t receive much mail. Cody was a “DemoCat,” apparently according to the family, Fox5 in Atlanta reported.

Mrs. Tims identified a major problem with the application papers, which might give a new meaning to kitty litter.

“How did this happen? It’s not reality, he’s a cat. And he’s been dead for a long time.

“There’s a huge push [to get people to the polls], but if they’re trying to register cats, I’m not sure who else they’re trying to register. I’m don’t know if they’re registering dogs, mice, snakes.”

Dead people — and perhaps even animals — have a habit of voting in Chicago and in other areas around the country, but not in Georgia perhaps, where voter ID is fortunately required, and which would have prevented Cody from voting even if he had registered.

The office of Georgia’s Secretary of State, the GOP’s Brad Raffensperger, said in a statement that “Third-party groups all over the country are targeting Georgia to help register qualified individuals. This group makes you wonder what these out-of-town activists are really doing. Make no mistake about it, this office is dedicated to investigating all types of fraud.”

Forget the other obstacles in his way. President Donald Trump’s highest hurdle in the November election is voter fraud perpetrated by Democrats particularly in blue states and blue precincts in red states.

The president seems to be aware of this, and hopefully, the U.S. Justice Department will take steps necessary to prevent blatant vote-rigging.

This is a major issue because voter registration procedures in the U.S. are so primitive and prone to hanky-panky. Apart from some notable examples like the Bush v. Gore case, Republicans don’t have a great record in aggressively challenging obviously improper elections results. Vote fraud, which it would seem the Democrats consider a form of voter outreach, is the worst form of voter suppression, a term that liberals like to throw around.

Elections have consequences, as the saying goes. For instance, back in the day, Bill Clinton signed the motor-voter law into effect, which opened the floodgates to further automatic enrollment (which has been shown in some jurisdictions to include illegal immigrants) based on DMV records on the state level. George H.W. Bush may have been a full-fledged member of the GOP globalist establishment, but he probably would have vetoed that bill.

Democrats and allied social justice advocates are opportunistically seizing upon COVID-19 as an excuse to push for nationwide mail-in voting, which can include ballots sent to every person on the chronically out-of-date voter rolls in the November presidential election with no chain-of-custody protections in place.

Handing out registration applications, absentee ballot applications, or ballots themselves like Halloween candy to inactive voters without security measures is a particularly bad idea for normal people who want a free and fair election.

In addition to lawsuits that are pending, you can expect last-minute legal challenges to voting rules around the country, with Soros organizations probably providing the funding.

Democrats also regard the requirement to show a government-issued photo ID at the polling place in those states where it is required — and which is a universal requirement in most democracies around the world — as the equivalent to waterboarding.

You may recall that California Democrats beta-tested related shenanigans in 2018, when Republicans were leading in about seven U.S. House seats on Election Night only to lose later through a duplicitous process known as ballot harvesting.

The blue city of Paterson, N.J. is currently engulfed in a Democrat vs. Democrat election fraud controversy which is probably the tip of the iceberg for mail-in voting around the country.

There is also the potential for postal workers to interfere with the delivery of campaign material or ballots. For example, a postal worker was allegedly caught on video trashing a Republican U.S. House candidate’s mailers in Texas.

On Thursday, a West Virginia postal worker pleaded guilty to one count each of election fraud and mail tampering for absentee ballot requests (but not ballots themselves). “According to the criminal complaint, eight requests had been altered and five of them had the party affiliations changed from Democratic to Republican, something that, authorities said, tipped off a clerk who knew some of the voters,” the Washington Times reported.
