A video of a group being described as a “black power militia” features scores of heavily armed men clad in black being encouraged by their leader to use deadly force against white people if they are confronted.
The video appears to feature the same group of armed black men who ‘demonstrated’ near Stone Mountain, Ga., on Saturday, taunting “scared-a**” white “rednecks” and demanding that black people be given Texas to inhabit as their own racially pure country.

“I’m gonna say this one time and I mean it,” the group leader says as he addresses members formed up in ranks. “F**k Black Lives Matter. We don’t f**k with them. We don’t talk. We don’t sing. We ain’t tryin’ to overcome.
“We ain’t tryin’ to hold hand with you no more,” the leader continued. “We don’t give a f**k about your rainbow. This is for black people. We can’t never have nothing to our damned self. So we gonna have this to our damned self.”
The leader then tells his group the “rules of engagement” for their march.
“Do not point your weapon at anybody unless they do something to you first,” he said. “Under Georgia law, you have the right to use deadly force to kill they a**. And I expect that out of every last one of you motherf**kers out here today.”
“If you ain’t never fired your weapon before, this ain’t the time to learn,” he continued. “If s**t pop off get the f**k outta the way and let those of us that trained to do it do our job.”
He also said he didn’t expect anyone to take a bullet for anyone else and “be a hero.”
“Where we going, they ain’t gonna like us. Where we goin’, they said we not supposed to be,” the leader noted further. “Where we goin’, we goin’ because we can.”
He then advised his group not to “react” no matter what anyone says to them. However, “if they touch you, it’s self-defense,” he added, which appears to suggest that members would be free to open fire.
“Y’all understand that?” the leader asked.
“Ain’t nobody out here trying to grow a brain on they own and get a bunch of innocent people killed out this motherf**ker,” he said before ordering the group to “fall out.”
Earlier, reports noted that the group identifies as NFAC — literally standing for “Not F*cking Around Coalition” — and its leader calls himself Grand Master Jay.
Videos showed the leader discussing the group’s demands, which include a black ethnostate within the U.S.
“The solution is very simple,” he responded. “We file a declaration of liberation, declaring every African-American descendant of slavery a political prisoner here in the United States, that was affected by the Portuguese slave trade, and after that, the United States then has a choice, either carve us a piece of land out here — we’ll take Texas — and let us do our own thing, or don’t stop us when we exit this body here and go somewhere where they will give us our own land to build our own nation.

Continuing, he said, “We don’t want to talk no more, we don’t want to negotiate. We don’t want to sing songs, we don’t bring signs to a gunfight. We’re an eye for an eye organization. So when they decide to act right, we’ll act right. And we do it all legally.”
