One of Hollywood’s most notorious hypocrites, actress Alyssa Milano, a woman who only believes alleged sexual assault victims when it suits her politically, is unable to understand the age-old concept of people being held to the same standards that they preach.
On Thursday, the extremely hypocritical and oftentimes unhinged celebrity shared a hit piece the left-wing outlet Newsweek had written about how conservatives have been trying to hold celebrities like her to the same standards that they hold others to.
“In recent weeks in the wake of the George Floyd protests and the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement, the spotlight has shone on the likes of late-night hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon for past use of blackface for comedy sketches. And among the multitude of voices calling for these celebrities to face consequences for their past actions are a number of conservative figures and media outlets,” the piece reads.
All fair and accurate. But it’s the headline that drew Milano’s attention.
Look:
Conservatives weaponize cancel culture to tame anti-Trump celebrities https://t.co/SKR8IniVAq

Get it? When far-left extremists try to cancel anyone and everyone — be it those who say men are men and women are women, or those who argue that “All Lives Matter” — it’s perfectly hunky-dory and based in good faith and blah, blah, blah.
But when conservatives turn around and fire back by demanding that left-wingers be held to the same absurd, irrational standards, they’re “weaponizing” cancel culture.
The hypocrisy is astounding, though Milano’s embrace of the hypocrisy is typical.
She’s the same woman who rushed to believe then-Republican Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s sexual assault accuser two years ago but then performed a complete 180 and threw presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s accuser under the bus two years later. That is the very definition of hypocrisy.
And so naturally, Milano’s tweet attracted an avalanche of stinging backlash, with conservatives pointing out that all is fair in love and war.

“Conservatives weaponize cancel culture”
Oh please. Cancel culture has ALWAYS been a weapon, don’t pretend otherwise.

Hahaha conservatives have been speaking out against cancel culture for YEARS! Are you kidding me? I’ve been “cancelled “ for being black, Latina & conservative since I came out Prolife and ProTrump. It’s been such an uphill battle to be outspoken you have NO idea.

Imagine typing this and confidently sending it after this is exactly what you have been doing at least since I became aware of your existence.

So this is conservative’s fault that he was in blackface and dropping n-bombs left and right….

It's not a fun game when we have to play by our own rules. https://t.co/yZ0VI98W9u

The latter Twitter user, Jeffery A. Dove Jr., was referencing Jimmy Kimmel, who’s come under fire for his repeated use of both blackface and the “n” word. But instead of owning up to his faux-pas, the actor has displayed the same arrogance and hypocrisy as Milano.
Speaking of Milano, she reportedly has her own history of faux-pas.

So will Milano face cancellation for these errors in judgment? In a fair and just world, she would. But sadly, the world is brimming with liberal double standards galore, and so no, she’ll likely face no consequences whatsoever for her own mistakes.
Of course, in a TRULY fair and just world, cancel culture wouldn’t even exist. But this isn’t a fair and just world. It’s a dark, dystopian one brimming with left-wing zealots who have sought to cancel and are still seeking to cancel anyone with a dissenting voice.
