OK. State head coach forced to publicly grovel over wearing a One America News t-shirt in a pic, after black player complains

Oklahoma State All-American running back Chuba Hubbard, who is on a full free ride at the school because of his athletic ability, has effectively announced a boycott of the team and called for the head coach to be fired.

Over a t-shirt.

In an example of how effectively the mainstream media has vilified conservatism in America, and how out of control the cancel culture has become, Hubbard took issue with a photo of head football coach Mike Gundy wearing an OAN t-shirt — as in One America News Network.

“I will not stand for this,” the student-athlete tweeted. “This is completely insensitive to everything going on in society, and it’s unacceptable. I will not be doing anything with Oklahoma State until things CHANGE.”

It all started when CBS Sports writer Kyle Boone tweeted a photo of Gundy posing after a recent fishing trip. The head coach is wearing a white t-shirt sporting an OAN logo.

Why is OAN being ostracized by the left? Because the network dared to criticize the Black Lives Movement, which has become a runaway train in America today, despite its rich history of being associated with violence.

OANN is billed as “a fringe right-wing network,” and the fact that President Donald Trump has expressed support for the network certainly adds to the left’s disdain.

As seen in the clip below, BLM was called a “farce” — the official movement looks to be an extension of the Democratic Party campaign apparatus, considering donations are collected by Act Blue, which helps elect Democrats.

The story went viral, as did the criticism of Gundy. Calls for a “change” in the culture around the football program poured in.

All of this being a clear indication that for the left, they will accept nothing less than full compliance with the established narrative and will go to any length to silence any varying opinion.

In a sign of just how insane things have become in post-Obama America, where our college campuses have become liberal indoctrination centers with zero tolerance for dissent, Oklahoma State President Burns Hargis issued a statement condemning “insensitive behavior.”

“I hear and respect the concerns expressed by our Black student-athletes,” the school president said in the statement. “This is a time for unity of purpose to confront racial inequities and injustice. We will not tolerate insensitive behavior by anyone at Oklahoma State.”

Not long after Hubbard’s tweet, Gundy would commit to “making some changes.”

The head coach appeared in a video with the star running back, who apologized for his tweet.

“I’ll start off by first saying I went about it the wrong way by Tweeting,” Hubbard said. “I’m not somebody that has to tweet something to make change. I should have went to him as a man. I’m more about action. So that was bad on my part. But from now on, we’re going to focus more on bringing change, and that’s the most important thing.”

“Change is coming I promise you that,” the player wrote, in sharing the video online.

“In light of today’s tweet with the T-shirt I was wearing, I met with some players and realized that it’s a very sensitive issue with what’s going on in today’s society,” Gundy said. “And so, we had a great meeting and was made aware of some things that players feel like can make our organization or our culture even better than it is here at Oklahoma State. And I’m looking forward to making some changes, and it starts at the top with me. And we got good days ahead.”

The rage mob eviscerated Gundy online, in part because he complimented OAN back in April, which Boone made sure to call attention to.

Sounding a lot like millions of other Americans who have grown tired of the shameless liberal bias in today’s media, the coach said of the network, “It was so refreshing. They just report the news.”

There were plenty of tweets calling for Gundy to be fired over the photo, as crazy as that may sound.
