Responding to 2020 presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden insisting sexual assault allegations by former Senate staffer Tara Reade “never happened,” Fox News host Jeanine Pirro is calling for the unsealing of documents from Biden’s time in the Senate.

“I’m very disturbed by the fact that apparently his operatives went in there and went through boxes and boxes of files,” Pirro said in an appearance on Fox & Friends. “Why is this important? It’s important because she says that she made a complaint to three people in the Senate in 1993 regarding this sexual assault.”

Biden appeared Friday morning on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and was adamant that the claim by Reade is not true, but was equally adamant about not releasing records held by the University of Delaware to see if there is a copy of a complaint Reade has said she filed.

Biden called on the National Archives to search for the alleged complaint, but the agency refuted his claim that it would have the document. The candidate also added a caveat to the Democrat stance espoused during the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings that all women are to be believed.

Stressing Reade had “a right to come forward” and make her claim, and that it should be investigated, Biden then declared “if she makes the case, or the case is made, then it should be believed.”

“Here is the bottom line,” Pirro said. “[Biden] can say it’s not true until the cows come home. But there is corroboration in this case.”

The former judge said Reade told her mother, brother, and a neighbor about Biden sexually assaulting her, which “is strong evidence in a sex crime’s prosecution trial.”

“She told her mother, her brother, her friend, her neighbor and now we’re finding out about more people that she told about this and contemporaneous with the act,” Pirro said. “That’s important and as a judge I would tell this to a jury, it lends credibility to her complaint and it is admissible evidence.”

As for the Biden Senate records being held by the University of Delaware, Pirro noted that the documents should be unsealed because the alleged act is a class B felony.

“Why is this important? It’s important because she says that she made a complaint to three people in the Senate in 1993 regarding the sexual assault,” she said.

“Let me be clear, folks, this is not sexual harassment, this is not inappropriate jokes, this is real sexual assault that is a B felony in some states,” Pirro added. “So, we need to know whether or not that complaint was reduced to writing, and I can’t imagine it isn’t.”

While noting that there may be statute of limitations issues, Pirro insisted “we’ve got sufficient evidence to, at least in this case, go to a grand jury.”

She also stressed that unlike Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who had no corroborating evidence, documentary evidence of Senate records confirms Reade did work for Biden.

“This is the real deal in terms of a substantial complaint that needs to be further investigated,” Pirro said, before turning her attention back to the Biden staffers who went through the university records.

“Everyone who went to go through his files of his at the University of Delaware needs to be questioned immediately,” she insisted. “I want to know if they took those files, if they took anything out of the files.”

In conclusion, Pirro reminded viewers of Biden’s history of inappropriate behavior.

“Let me make one more statement,” she said. “Here is a guy who publicly invades the personal space of women sniffing down their neck, kissing them on the lips, this guy is as inappropriate as you can get and his behavior is questionable at best.”

“And this woman is a Democrat,” Pirro continued. “Even her neighbor to whom she spoke said, ‘I support Joe Biden and I will vote for him, but I must tell you Tara Reade told me this in ‘93 and she does not lie.’ So let’s get cooking on this thing. This is a real complaint.”
