Tara Reade’s mother in 1993 called in to “Larry King Live” to bring up “problems” her daughter had while “working for a prominent senator.” The resurfaced film clip provides support to Reade’s claim that Joe Biden sexually assaulted her while she worked as a staffer for the then-senator from Delaware.

The Intercept reported the new piece of evidence that reinforces Reade’s credibility.

Reade confirms that the unidentified caller from San Luis Obispo heard on the call-in was her mother, who died in 2016.

According to The Intercept …

On August 11, 1993, King aired a program titled, “Washington: The Cruelest City on Earth?” Toward the end of the program, he introduces a caller dialing in from San Luis Obispo, California. Congressional records list August 1993 as Reade’s last month of employment with Biden’s Senate office, and, according to property records, Reade’s mother, Jeanette Altimus, was living in San Luis Obispo County.

The sexual assault claim against Biden is not going away, in spite of the liberal media’s complete embargo of the story and the failure of the politically biased #MeToo movement to stand with Reade.

Earlier in the week, District of Columbia police issued a statement saying that “an active, ongoing investigation” into Reade’s allegations about Biden.

Friday night, Tucker Carlson brought his Fox News viewers up to date on the latest development, interviewing reporter Rich McHugh who has been following the story.

“Tara Reid worked for Joe Biden in 1992 and 1993 for about eight months, she said at the time she faced sexual harassment from him, and she complained about it and it fell on deaf ears,” said McHugh. “She said she went in and filed a complaint outside of his office, some senatorial office that would handle these things. Around that same time, she says she was asked to deliver him a gym bag and one of the Senate buildings and she brought it to him, and she says it was a warm spring day, a hot spring day, she says that he attacked her in a corridor–it wasn’t a private office or anything–attacked her and assaulted her. She came forward … she may have told some others, she came out last year and told part of her story to a local paper in California. And a few weeks ago, she came out with her full allegations in an article and podcast, and since then everyone has been examining the veracity of her claims.”

An interview of Reade published in a March 24 story in The Intercept provided details on the alleged assault. “He greeted me, he remembered my name, and then we were alone. It was the strangest thing,” Reade said. “There was no like, exchange really. He just had me up against the wall.”

She said she was wearing “a business skirt,” but “wasn’t wearing stockings — it was a hot day.”

“His hands were on me and underneath my clothes, and he went down my skirt and then up inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers and he was kissing me at the same time and he was saying some things to me,” she continued.

“I pulled away, he got finished doing what he was doing,” Reade added. “He said: ‘Come on, man. I heard you liked me.’”

The Biden campaign continues to issue denials. Fox News reported that they were referred on Friday by the campaign to a statement earlier this month from Biden Deputy Campaign Manager Kate Bedingfield. “What is clear about this claim: it is untrue,” Bedingfield said. “This absolutely did not happen.”

“Vice President Biden has dedicated his public life to changing the culture and the laws around violence against women,” Bedingfield added. “He authored and fought for the passage and reauthorization of the landmark Violence Against Women Act. He firmly believes that women have a right to be heard – and heard respectfully. Such claims should also be diligently reviewed by an independent press.”
