The same media propagandists who threw a collective fit after President Donald Trump allowed MyPillow founder Michael J. Lindell to speak at a White House coronavirus briefing earlier this week didn’t seem fazed when New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo pulled a similar stunt Thursday.
Except whereas Lindell used his time at the White House podium to both tout his plans to produce 50,000 masks a day and speak just a little about his Christian faith, Cuomo’s guest used his time at the governor’s briefing to talk about a bizarre dream involving him in a ballet dress.
And that guest just happened to be Cuomo’s brother, CNN host Chris Cuomo, who’d announced two days earlier that he’d been diagnosed with the coronavirus.
Watch part one below courtesy “BrooklynDad_Defiant,” a far-left activist who was thrilled by the younger Cuomo’s bizarre statements:
Chris Cuomo, in Day 2 of having the coronavirus, tells his hallucination dream where brother Governor Cuomo is wearing a ballet outfit, waving a wand and dancing away.
These guys give me life!

In the clip above, the younger Cuomo spoke of a coronavirus-induced dream he’d recently experienced.
“I was having hallucinations, I was seeing Pop,” he said, describing his coronavirus symptoms. “You came to me in a dream, you had on a very interesting ballet outfit. You were dancing in the dream, and you were waving a wand and saying, ‘I wish I could wave my wand and make it go away,’ and then you spun around and danced away.”
Nice …
But he wasn’t done.
A couple of minutes later, he began speaking to his older brother about how he loved to fish with him.
Watch:
CNN: Briefings from the President of the United States, Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx and our military leaders are not important enough for us to show our viewers.
Also CNN: Here’s the host of ‘Primetime’, Chris Cuomo talking about fishing with his brother Gov. Cuomo on live TV! pic.twitter.com/XdbTrXeMpF

Both clips were aired by CNN.
While the clips were certainly “cute” and harmless, they seemed to help demonstrate the bias that pervades the entire media industry.
For one, they were aired in full by a network that has complained nonstop about the president’s coronavirus briefings and was particularly aggrieved by him allowing Lindell, a self-made entrepreneur, to speak at one of them.
CNN cuts away from the White House coronavirus briefing when Trump invites the My Pillow guy up to the podium to talk.

Now that Trump has returned to podium, CNN has dipped back into the White House briefing. MSNBC and Fox stayed with the briefing throughout.

In case you were wondering what My Pillow is doing in a time of coronavirus. https://t.co/W3ocMJe7Ym

To be fair, the disdain didn’t just emanate from CNN. It came from the entire media.
Look:
Trump just called the “My Pillow” guy up to the podium in the Rose Garden. You cannot make this stuff up.
— Ali Velshi (@AliVelshi) March 30, 2020
So my Tiger King binge was interrupted by a text saying the CEO of MyPillow is now part of the presidential briefings on COVID19 … please tell me this is a prank.

American hospitals have refrigerator trucks full of dead bodies parked around back, but sure, let’s all hear from the My Pillow guy.
— Palmer Report (@PalmerReport) March 31, 2020
Now Trump is having the My Pillow guy speak. This is absurd. #StopAiringTrump

Lets be very clear, Mike Lindell, with whom I was once forced to be on at least an hour-long conference call, is WAY more insane than Trump. It’s not even close. Even Diamond & Silk are far more credible than he is. https://t.co/EqiScTfjuP

Second, this disdain was nowhere to be found Thursday morning.

Yes. @ChrisCuomo roasting his brother @NYGovCuomo about his hair on national TV in the middle of a global crisis is the most NY/NJ thing he could do. It’s like, “We’ll get through this together, but you also look stupid & I love you” That’s an easy coast family, and I love it.

“When the pressure is really on, that’s when you see the cracks and all the strengths.”@NYGovCuomo speaking with his little brother @ChrisCuomo who says “I’ll watch you all the time since I’m stuck in the basement!” @News12NJ

Best quote during the Thursday midday @NYGov #coronavirus update between @NYGovCuomo & his brother @ChrisCuomo – *Governor Andrew Cuomo: “Well Chris, you maybe ‘@CuomoPrimeTime, but I’m Cuomo All The Time’”. Day made. Thank you Andrew. Stay strong Chris.

“You go get some rest” @NYGovCuomo to brother @ChrisCuomo who has the virus.
— Kelly O’Donnell (@KellyO) April 2, 2020
A great mix of seriousness between @NYGovCuomo and his brother. @ChrisCuomo describing what it’s like to deal with COVID-19 physically, mentally, emotionally, and then the two able to joke a little bringing a much needed laugh in this time of crisis. https://t.co/41iDiMOOrL

There are countless more examples like this.
Liberal mainstream bias is real — very, very real — and it centers on Trump and anything linked to him (including self-made entrepreneurs) being bad, and anybody or anything linked to the mainstream media being good.
