MSNBC legal analyst suggests Trump’s criminally guilty of ‘manslaughter,’ ‘negligent homicide’ in handling of COVID-19

For those paying attention, it’s understood that the left is actively engaged in using the coronavirus outbreak in their quest to harm President Donald Trump’s reelection chances, but an MSNBC legal analyst has proved to be overly zealous in this effort.

Glenn Kirschner, a former federal prosecutor, is a prolific tweeter and has a history of posting controversial things, such as claiming that Trump has been “outsourcing our nation’s security to Putin,” and other ridiculous accusations carefully designed to draw attention to himself.

On Tuesday, he finally hit the jackpot in that respect, as he put forth in a tweet that Trump may have “criminal exposure” for “negligent homicide” over his response to COVID-19.

“Hey All. Can we talk about 1 of the few topics I may actually know too much about: homicide? Specifically, whether Donald Trump may have criminal exposure for some level of negligent homicide or voluntary/involuntary manslaughter for the way he’s mishandled the Coronavirus crisis,” Kirschner tweeted.

While Democrats and their media allies were consumed with impeaching Trump, the White House announced quarantines and major travel restrictions in an early effort to limit the spread of coronavirus.

On January 31, a “public health emergency” was declared and non-U.S. citizens who recently visited China were banned from entering the United States — this measure alone is credited with seriously limiting our level of exposure, even though Trump’s decision was criticized at the time by the left.

What was Kirschner doing then? Exactly what he’s doing now, only he was consumed with impeaching Trump, claiming the president had committed crimes that justify removing him from office — hell, he was even using the same hashtag employed this week.

In fact, a perusal of Kirschner’s Twitter feed at the time is proof positive that the left fell asleep at the switch when it came to the coronavirus, exhausted by an obsession with trying to impeach the president.

But in a series of tweets on Tuesday, Kirschner boasts about his 30-year career as a prosecutor — which may give a lot of people pause over the cases he was involved in — as he attempts to make his case that Trump is a homicidal maniac.

The degree of his derangement is evident in the claim Trump has “committed multiple criminal offenses” both as president and before he took office.

“I was always on the lookout for novel ways to apply homicide liability in an attempt to appropriately and ethically hold accountable those who were responsible for taking the life of a fellow human being. I think it’s fair to observe that there’s nothing more devastating to a family than losing a loved one to ether violent crime or to an illness that could have been prevented or mitigated,” Kirschner said in a number of tweets. “I’m trying to assimilate all available evidence (rapidly developing and being reported every day) to fairly assess whether Trump and his administration may have acted/failed to act in a way that could give rise to homicide liability. This is not an easy question.”

“Further, whereas the evidence is clear that Trump has committed multiple criminal offenses both before his tenure as president (campaign finance crimes) & during his time as president (obstruction of justice, bribery/extortion) homicide liability by his negligent/grossly negligent (and/or possibly intentional) mishandling of the Coronavirus crisis in the US is a more nuanced and thorny issue and deserves careful consideration,” he continued. “But the homicide liability issue MUST be addressed because ALL criminal charges will have to be investigated and, if the evidence dictates it, prosecuted come Jan. 2021. Stay tuned.”

With the Russian collusion hoax failing, the Ukrainian controversy collapsing and the Democratic Party’s partisan impeachment campaign blowing up in their faces, liberals are left with the dismal prospect of a fading 77-year-old Joe Biden being the only hope of defeating Trump in November, so it’s understandable that desperation has set in.

With November fast approaching, the coronavirus outbreak may be their last chance to destroy Donald Trump before the American people get an opportunity to have their say.
