‘Holler at me bro!’ UFC fighter gives a shout-out to Trump, says he’ll ‘whoop’ DC politicians ‘for free’

While most Trump supporters have chosen to help President Donald Trump by donating to his campaign or maybe running a local fundraiser, one particularly passionate supporter has offered to kick some serious butt for him.

And that supporter, unbeaten Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Bryce Mitchell, knows all about kicking, beating, slapping and tearing apart serious butt.

On Saturday the 25-year-old fighter secured his 12th career victory by demolishing competitor Matt Sayles, 25, with a wide array of devastating moves, including this doozy:

But his most stunning “move” occurred after the fight at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. Immediately following the epic fight’s conclusion, Mitchell told the media that he’s totally down if Trump needs some “help whooping some politicians.”

Donald Trump. I’m up here in D.C.,” he hollered into the microphone. “If you need help whooping some politician, holler at me bro; I’ll do it for free!

Now that’s a hell of an offer!

The president retweeted the post above late Sunday evening.

But there’s more.

Though Mitchell’s reportedly earned only around $120,000 during his career versus the billions earned by the president, he added in a lengthier interview after the fight that he’d gladly buy Trump lunch or dinner sometime if given the chance.

“Hey, I’m up here in D.C., I had to say something to my boy Donald Trump,” he said when asked by reporters about his prior comments about whooping butt. “He’s right down the street. I mean, if he wants to go grab a bite to eat, it’s on me.”

That’s called humility.

The whole interview may be heard below:

While Mitchell may have been a relatively obscure figure before Saturday’s fight, thanks in part to his incredible performance and his unrelenting love for America’s duly elected president, he’s since blown up nationally — and deservedly so.

See some of the responses he’s received on social media below:

FYI, he goes by the alias “Thug Nasty.”

To be clear, his offer to the president appears to be in jest, i.e., it was just an emphatic statement meant to show his support, and Mitchell has no intention of assaulting any politician. After all, he’s not a violence-promoting left-winger

But even if he were to go on a rampage through Congress, hypothetically speaking, even the toughest members of the legislative body might have trouble fighting him off.

Think of Dan Crenshaw, for instance. Yes, he’s a Republican like the president, and yes, he’s a former Navy SEAL and proud patriot who’s fought in actual wars, but could a man even as tough and ferocious as him withstand Mitchell’s twister move?

“The move has been described by Jiu Jitsu experts as one of, if not the, most painful submission move in mixed martial arts and grappling as a whole,” RT notes.

“Much like (relatively) similar techniques such as a calf-slicer, the Twister doesn’t directly attack a joint or an artery in the same fashion that a regular choke or armbar might – instead, it causes extreme discomfort and the sensation that your spine is being ‘twisted’ inside your torso.”

Conjecture aside, what’s known without a shadow of a doubt — and despite the media’s insistence to the contrary — is that the UFC is in general a pro-Trump franchise

As evidence, consider Mitchell’s offer, consider the loud applause the president received when he attended a UFC fight last month, consider UFC founder Dana White’s relationship with the president and also consider the words of fighter Colby Covington.

White has long been friends with Trump. And even after the president entered the last presidential race, the friendship remained strong, with the UFC founder going so far as to deliver a fiery speech in his friend’s defense at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

And as for Colby Covington, a 31-year-old fighter who visited Trump at the White House last year to present him with his Interim UFC Welterweight Championship title, he issued his own shout-out over the weekend by promising to return to the White House soon with yet another title for the president.

“As Covington makes his final preparations for his UFC 245-headlining welterweight title fight with undisputed champion Kamaru Usman, which goes down this Saturday in Las Vegas, he’s decided to promise Trump another UFC title win,” BJPenn, an eponymously named news portal started by MMA fighter B.J. Penn, reported Monday.

“There’s no way I don’t bring this world title back to them in the Oval Office,” Covington reportedly said. “Trump, I’ve got a new belt for you. I’m bringing it to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I ain’t gonna let you down.”
