President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, launched a tweet-storm on corruption and misuse of U.S. funds in Ukraine during the Obama administration.
Giuliani, who made a surprise visit to Kyiv this week, tweeted late Thursday that the “Obama embassy urged Ukrainian police NOT to investigate” the matter — this taking place under the auspices of then-Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, apparently.
Giuliani tweeted: “The Accounts Chamber in Ukraine found an alleged misuse of $5.3B in U.S. funds during the Obama administration while Biden was “Point Man.” Obama embassy urged Ukrainian police NOT to investigate! Stay tuned to find out why.”

On Friday morning, Giuliani tweeted a “shocking disclosure,” that the aid Ukraine “reported as misused was given to the embassy’s favored NGO’s.”
He also cited Article 2, Sec. 3 of the US Constitution, to say that President Trump was obligated to investigate corruption in countries we provide funds to.
Shocking disclosure:
Much of the $5.3B in US Aid Ukraine reported as misused was given to the embassy’s favored NGO’s.
At the time Yovanovitch, witness for the Witchunt, was the Amb. That embassy directed the police not to investigate.
Wonder why Obama forgot Art. 2, Sec. 3.

Presidential Legal Obligations 101:
Art 2, Sec. 3 of the US Constitution obligates the President to investigate and ask for investigations of corruption in countries we provide funds to.
Who ever heard of a president being impeached for carrying out his constitutional mandate?

Giuliani repeated the assertion that Trump had a constitutional obligation to ask for an investigation into the misuse of U.S. tax dollars, which would throw a wrench into the Democratic Party’s efforts to impeach Trump.
It comes as a huge shock to Democrats that @realDonaldTrump will ask for investigations concerning violations of US laws & misused hard-earned tax payer dollars.
It’s called his legal obligation under Article 2, Sec. 3 of the US Constitution. Ignored by Obama.

He then tweeted that a “large scale” probe would reveal “crooks” at the highest levels in both countries.
“In reviewing my notes, it seems to me that a large scale joint investigation into Ukraine and the US would uncover and recover billions stolen by crooks, from both countries, at the highest levels,” Giuliani tweeted. “This would be the most effective way to bring our two countries together.”

Naturally, the anti-Trump media immediately dismissed all concerns raised, tagging Giuliani as a conspiracy peddler meddling in Ukraine’s affairs as that country is busy “trying to focus on upcoming peace talks with Russia to end the war simmering in its east,” as Buzzfeed characterized Kyiv’s current actions.
Giuliani was just in the news regarding phone records mysteriously seized by Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., with reports that he allegedly called someone in the Office of Management and Budget, which oversaw a freeze on military aid to Ukraine.
Unfortunately for Democrats, doubts have emerged about that claim as the number attributed to OMB is likely not associated with the office.
