After first lady Melania Trump “mama bear” slammed “snarky, bisexual” Stanford Law School law professor Pamela Karlan for her attack on her 13-year-old son, Barron Trump, liberals, some of them irate, slammed her for defending her son.
And included among these left-wingers was none other than George Conway, the loudmouth husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.
According to him, Melania’s scolding of Karlan was unwarranted because the legal scholar’s attack on her son was a veritable “nothingburger.”

Yet despite it being an alleged “nothingburger,” Karlan eventually apologized for her ill-advised jab after Rep. Mike Johnson, a Republican, read the first lady’s tweet to her.
“I want to apologize for what I said earlier about the president’s son. It was wrong of me to do that. I wish the president would apologize, obviously, for the things that he’s done that’s wrong, but I do regret having said that,” she said.

But hey, Conway disagrees, and he’s the king of the world in his know-it-all mind, so Karlan must have been in the wrong to apologize, right?
What specifically happened was that, while testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Karlan posited an uncouth comparison involving President Donald Trump’s son.
“[W]hile the President can name his son Barron, he can’t make him a baron,” she said in an attempt to make a point about how the president isn’t above the law.
While the point may have been legit, the way she articulated it was uncouth.

Conversely, Melania’s decision to slam Karlan for making the uncouth comparison wasn’t uncouth or wrong — it was completely typical for any sane mother who loves her son.
The left has chosen nevertheless to downplay, ignore or defend the scholar’s remark on the basis that it was a “nothingburger” that doesn’t really matter.
In the case of MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, for example, he downplayed her unprovoked attack on a 13-year-old boy by comparing it to the president’s provoked attacks on his 52-year-old wife, Mika Brzezinski, who for the record has told outright lies about Trump.
“By the way, Melania Trump, I’m still waiting for her to ask her husband to apologize for face-shaming my wife, lying about my wife, saying that she was bleeding badly from a facelift, taking a personal conversation, a private conversation and she never — never did anything,” Scarborough said, sounding like a taller, significantly less pudgy version of Conway.
“I think he actually attacked Mika, and for her [previous] husband lying and face-shaming and talking about, you know, seriously this is — these people have no — think about all the people that Donald Trump has attacked viciously and Melania Trump has quietly sat by and said nothing.”

It’s not clear whether Scarborough is aware that the president’s criticisms and attacks of others are almost always provoked by vile criticisms and attacks of him.
AND his family, including Melania, who’s been hit with a barrage of vile attacks from blue check marks on Twitter for having dared to defend her son.

It’s unclear when, if ever, Scarborough and other hypocritical Democrat Party propagandists in the establishment media will call out this sort of hatred against the president and in fact any Republican that’s seen on social media every single day of the year.
