An image of President Donald Trump boarding Air Force One recently went viral and made waves across social media. Trump had a wad of $20 bills coming out of his back pocket.
Photographer, Tom Brenner, at Moffett Federal Airfield in Mountain View, California, snapped the photo and it instantly piqued the curiosity of the public.
After anti-Trumpers and liberals made a federal case of the photo, Trump gave a humble explanation about why he carries cash on him.
“I don’t carry a wallet because I haven’t had to use a credit card in a long time,” Trump told reporters. “I like to carry a little something. I like to give tips to the hotel. I like to carry a little something. I like to give tips to the hotel. I’m telling you, maybe a president’s not supposed to do it, but I like to leave a tip for the hotel,'” The president even pulled an actual wad of cash from his pocket and showed it to reporters.
Trump seemed to like the image that Brenner snapped of him.
“Boy, that’s a good picture,” he said. “Hey, I’d like a piece of that picture.”

Despite Trump’s explanation, plenty of leftists took to typing away with their angry little fingers about how evil it is that the man dared to carry cash.

“Fox & Friends” co-host Ainsley Earhardt praised the president for carrying cash.
“Our generation, a lot of people don’t use cash, you use cards. So I’m glad the president does that. It reminds me of my dad,” she said on “Fox & Friends.”

Turning Point USA Chief Creative Officer Benny Johnson came forward and said he had witnessed Trump once give a $100 tip to a waiter.
“I’ve seen him do it on multiple occasions. Trump handed a hundred-dollar tip to his waiter in cash right in front of me,” he tweeted.
“You can tell a lot about people by how they tip,” “Dilbert” creator Scott Adams tweeted in response to the cash picture and Trump’s reasoning for carrying the bills.
