Suspected intel mole had close ties to Clinton, investigator says he was tailed by ominous jeep for weeks

A new Senate report from Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa alleges that the Intelligence Community Inspector General suspected someone on his team of leaking information during the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state

Testimony in the report says that the suspected mole is now working at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

ICIG Charles McCullough, who was nominated by Barack Obama, said he was pressured to leave service by Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein and others.

Frank Rucker, an investigator with the ICIG, told Senate investigators that he suspected the leaker in the office to be Paul Wogaman.

While that name is likely not familiar to many, Wogaman has a curious connection to Bill and Hillary Clinton. He is the son of Rev. J. Philip Wogaman, who was the pastor at the Foundry United Methodist Church, which the Clintons were known to attend during Bill Clinton’s time in the Oval Office.

Several previous reports show that the Clintons were quite close to Wogaman and his son.

“Bill and Hillary Clinton have found themselves an awfully sympathetic minister — the Rev. J. Philip Wogaman, who presides at a Methodist Church a few blocks from the White House. Wogaman has recently sounded less like a clergyman than a purveyor of the Clinton line,” a 1988 Weekly Standard Report revealed, according to The Daily Caller News Foundation.

“Just talked to [redacted] — about our favorite son. He’s meeting with OSC today, which is good and a step in the right direction, but nothing yet public. [Redacted] said she’d heard — but second/third hand (and not from son) that IC IG was handing out anti-HRC clips to journalists. Have we gotten any inkling of that happening? I certainly haven’t, and it seems weird,” Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall also wrote to Cheryl Mills, another lawyer and aide, in February of 2016 about Wogaman.

Rucker believes Wogaman was a leaker for several reasons, one of them being the fact that he was “the only male employee on leave the following day when a meeting with [redacted] was supposed to take place according to the email. Therefore, he said, it was believed that Mr. Wogerman [sic] was leaking to [redacted].”

Rucker said Wogaman was not confronted and, to his knowledge, there was no proper investigation into whether the man was a leaker or not.

“He said that Mr. Wogerman [sic] pushed very hard to be included on the investigation, but he was NOT part of it. He said that Mr. Wogerman [sic] now works at ODNI in the mission integration department. Mr. Rucker said that to his knowledge, nobody ever confronted Mr. Wogerman [sic] about it. He said that they all signed non-disclosure agreements or NDA’s regarding their work at ICIG,” the Senate report says.

The Daily Caller reports that Wogaman’s Facebook has several red flags that point to possible liberal bias. There is a reference to bone spurs — something often pulled out by leftists to attack President Donald Trump over his non-service during the Vietnam War — and also a post mocking the term “thoughts and prayers,” something Republican officials often say in response to national tragedies.

What is even more explosive in the Senate report than suspicions of Wogaman being a leaker and a Clinton stooge is that Rucker claims he and others were spied on during their investigation.

“[Rucker] said that a Jeep once followed the ICIG (McCullough) from the State Department to the door of house. Mr. Rucker said that he himself had a Jeep following him at odd hours. He said that for two weeks, the same Jeep followed him on Route 50,” the report revealed.

It continued, “Mr. Rucker said that he cannot recall the exact timeframe of when this occurred, nor did he record the Jeep’s license plate. He said that Mr. Hackett had a burglary at his home and all of his computers were stolen. He said that Mr. McCullough discovered that someone was sorting through his recycling bin at home and leaving separate stacks of items outside of the bin as if they were looking for papers.”

The report also suggests that “senior State Department officials sought to downgrade classified material found on the server” of Hillary Clinton.

While these new allegations are quite weighty, the fact that the Clintons have their names tied to yet another scandal should surprise absolutely no one.
