Records reportedly refute Bill Clinton’s Epstein claim, show ‘clearly chummy’ relationship early on

A new report from the left-media suggests that former President Bill Clinton is a cunning liar.

Following billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s arrest at the start of the month on charges of sex trafficking underage girls, the former president issued a public statement through his spokesperson suggesting that, one, his interactions with Epstein had begun as late as 2002, and two, his interactions with him had always centered on business and nothing else.

“President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,” his spokesperson said at the time.

“In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.”

But a report published by The Daily Beast on Wednesday says otherwise.

As early as 1993, records show, Epstein donated $10,000 to the White House Historical Association and attended a donors’ reception hosted by Bill and Hillary Clinton,” the far-left outlet has confirmed.

Around the same time, according to a source familiar with the connection, Epstein visited presidential aide Mark Middleton several times at the White House. Two years later, businesswoman Lynn Forester de Rothschild wrote a personal letter to Clinton thanking him for their talk about the financier.”

Their interactions through the 90s were frequent enough that by the time the two began to collaborate together on Clinton Foundation projects in the 2000s, they were “clearly chummy,” The Daily Beast notes.

As evidence of this, the outlet pointed to a photo of the pair that appeared in Vanity Fair profile of Epstein in 2003:

But what’s particularly striking about Clinton’s clear-cut lies are that they’ve reportedly been propagated by his closest associates as well.

Case in point: Citing “people who know those involved” (i.e., personal friends of Clinton and Epstein), Politico claimed in a report over the weekend that the two didn’t befriend each other until after the former president left office in 2001.

But as pointed out by The Daily Beast, the evidence completely refutes this.

Moreover, Politico’s report alleged that their friendship was predicated on interactions between the Clintons and British heiress Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman who’s been described as Epstein’s “madam.”

“Maxwell first grew close with the Clintons after Bill Clinton left office,” the report reads.

Ghislaine was the contact between Epstein and Clinton,” one of the outlet’s sources said. “She ended up being close to the family because she and Chelsea ended up becoming close.

A Clinton spokesperson has reportedly denied that Ghislaine was ever close to Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea, though this too appears to be a lie:

What remains unknown, according to The Daily Beast, is how Epstein and Clinton really became friends.

“When the president released his initial statement on Epstein, he did not explain the multiple other trips he appears to have taken on the financier’s plane — including one flight to Westchester with Epstein, his alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell, and an ‘unnamed female,” the outlet notes.

“Clinton also failed to mention the intimate 1995 fundraising dinner at the Palm Beach home of Revlon mogul Ron Perelman, where Clinton hobnobbed with the likes of Epstein, Don Johnson, and Jimmy Buffett. (Nearby, at Epstein’s own Palm Beach mansion, the money man allegedly abused hundreds of underage girls.)”

What’s known for certain about the former president is that he traveled aboard Epstein’s Boeing 727, known as the “Lolita Express,” numerous times.

“[T]rips between 2001 and 2003 included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including ‘Tatiana,’” Fox News reported in 2016. “The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.”

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile,” Conchita Sarnoff of the Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking said to Fox at the time. “Why would a former president associate with a man like that?”

Good question — and one that remains unanswered. Many others do as well.
