Bitter RINO Meghan McCain lives for the express purpose of seeing Donald Trump go down in flames, and on Friday’s episode of “The View,” she seized the opportunity to exhort Democrats to use the current fake-news “Trump is a racist” narrative to attack and defeat the President in 2020. “If you can’t beat this, what are you doing? Because this shouldn’t be this hard to beat,” she asked.
The other co-hosts took up the call to arms, with Ana Navarro firing flaming “racist” arrows at Sen. Marco Rubio for “self-righteous hypocrisy” as well as “Tweeting Bible verses every day, and remaining silent.”
“I’ve heard from a lot of people I don’t normally hear from,” claimed McCain, “about ‘what are we going to do?’ because this is this bad.”
Hmmm, it’s an exercise in futility to try to imagine who might go to Meghan McCain for advice on anything.
“I do think this is one of those moments much like Charlottesville that will stand in memory. And my answer to Democrats is, if you can’t beat this, what are you doing? Because this shouldn’t be this hard to beat,” McCain said to the cue-card audience applause.
“I don’t know,” said co-host Joy Behar.
“I’m just saying, this is so bad,” McCain resumed. “It’s like nothing I have ever seen, and I don’t think anyone in this room has ever seen before, and you can’t beat this … this is blatant racism … what does this say about your party?”
“I must take issue with that,” said Behar. “Because when he was running, he was blatantly racist, and he won.”
“I do think this is him running in 2016, but on acid. As I’ve said before, he’s taking his old ways of ginning up people’s, you know, racism and xenophobia, and I see it up there.”
“I want to say this and I commend you for having called this racism because it is what it is,” interjected Navarro.
“It’s not that hard. That’s why it’s sad,” said McCain.
“Well, it’s been a hell of a lot harder for a lot of Republicans to do. We have seen a lot of Republicans, people that you and I know who would have been able to do it before this, contort themselves into ridiculous shapes all this week trying to say that it was not racist. We have seen the majority leader in the Senate who is married to a Chinese woman say that this isn’t racist. I have seen Marco Rubio whose parents came here, fleeing poverty, who represent the community where they were told, we won’t rent to Cubans, to blacks or to dogs, you can’t drink from this water fountain. I have seen him try to justify this. I have seen him call people who are outraged like me — he calls it self-righteous hypocrites. Let me tell you what self-righteous hypocrisy is. Tweeting Bible verses every day, and remaining silent.”
“Preach, girl,” yelled Behar.
“That is self-righteous racism,” Navarro raised her voice. “Do you know what self-righteous hypocrisy is? Representing a community full of Venezuelans and Cubans and Haitians and Puerto Ricans, people who hear it every day, ‘go back to where you are from.’ And somehow trying to play this as there is two sides.” Navarro was apparently referring to a cogent, well-expressed video-tweet by Rubio …

The left wing politicians & many in the media demanding outrage are self righteous hypocrites
And the “outrage & response cycle” allows for only 2 sides & demands you pick or else

“Who are you referring to again?” co-host Sunny Hostin asked, playing to the audience.
“Marco Rubio!” Navarro responded.
“Exactly,” said Hostin.
“He’s just one of many,” Behar added.
“But look at her, she has real raw emotion,” said McCain, pointing at Navarro. “You’re not the first person I have seen like this this week. A lot of people, a lot of hardworking conservatives I know are very, very, very upset.”
“I’m so sorry to hear that. Why don’t they open their mouths?” Behar complained.
