Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is being challenged to speak out in defense of an 8-year old who has been receiving death threats from AOC followers. The child, Ava Martinez, is known as Mini-AOC for her viral impressions of the congresswoman that have drawn a huge following on social media.
However, her family has now deleted the girl’s social media accounts after leftist attacks and death threats have become frighteningly overwhelming after the family was doxxed.
Graham Allen, a conservative podcast and BlazeTV host, is just one of the people asking why Ocasio-Cortez has not said a word to try to get her scary and heartless fans to back off. After all, the girl is 8 years old, for crying out loud.
This weekend, the host of “Dear America Podcast” and BlazeTV’s “Rant Nation” called out AOC on Twitter to do the right thing and speak out on behalf of the girl’s safety, imploring her to “Say something, and do something AOC! Protect free speech like you claim to do!”
I’m calling out @AOC to condemn what has happened to Mini AOC (a child) by her supporters.
This child’s account is now gone due to death threats to her by the Congresswoman’s supporters!

Political commentator Ryan Fournier criticized the left in a tweet, who “will stop at nothing to spread their hate… even if it means coming after young Trump supporters.”

And Charlie Kirk also bemoaned the sad and dangerous environment, when the left condones “bullying children.”

Appearing Tuesday on “Fox & Friends First,” Allen said of AOC, “As always with the congresswoman, I’ve found it very funny that she’s very quick to speak out about things that she thinks are important, but when it comes down to actual action, she always seems to, like you said, ‘radio silence.'”
“I think it’s very important for us as influencers, politicians, people in the public eye, when we find out about things that people who claim to support us and claim to support our ideals, whether that be true or not, when we find out about things, especially as horrible as hreatening the life of a child,” Allen continued. “Children are supposed to be sacred. And here in 2019, that seems to no longer be the case.”
“AOC always talks about how she cares about children in this humanitarian crisis at the border and how terrible Donald Trump is and how ICE and the Border Patrol are treating children. But yet when we find out that her very own supporters are threatening the life of a child who simply is making parody videos of the congresswoman, we hear nothing.”
Clearly, AOC has nothing to do with the threats the Martinez family has received, but Allen is adamant that she has a responsibility to speak out about the vicious culture online that has put Ava in danger.
“It’s very, very, very sad that even a child is attacked in such a vicious way,” he added.
