Radical Stacey Abrams calls Georgia’s pro-life fetal heartbeat bill ‘evil,’ ‘abominable,’ ‘bad for business’

The specter of what the future holds is terrifying if radical leftist candidates like Stacey Abrams seize control of the federal government anytime soon. Abrams, the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election loser and a potential candidate for the Democratic presidential or vice presidential nomination, talks about pro-life values as if they come straight out of hell.

Abrams leaves no doubt in our minds about how she feels about Georgia’s pro-life bill titled H.B. 481 that is on Republican Governor Brian Kemp’s desk. The governor has until May 12 to sign it into law. Presumably, the disdain Abrams has for the idea that unborn humans have a right to life extends to pro-lifers themselves who obviously make up a majority of the population in her state.

“You should not have to worry about controlling your bodily autonomy because the governor has pushed such an abominable and evil bill that is so restrictive,” Abrams claimed on MSNBC’s “AM Joy.”

“It’s not only bad for morality and our humanity–it’s bad for business.”

Governor Kemp campaigned on the issue in 2018, so it would be a shock if for some reason he declined to sign the bill. Lawmakers passed H.B. 481, commonly called the “fetal heartbeat bill” at the end of March. The law will limit abortions to the first six weeks of pregnancy unless the pregnancy was conceived by rape or incest. Georgia’s current law allows abortions to be performed up to 20 weeks.

Hollywood liberals are up in arms and frothing at the mouth, apparently over the prospect of losing some of Planned Parenthood’s profitable human sacrifices.

MSNBC anchor Joy Reid called the bill “appalling” and asked Abrams about the threatened tinsel-town boycott of Georgia.

Although there has been no official announcement made by Gov. Kemp at the time of this writing, Reid said, “This fetal heartbeat bill that was just signed: People are pretty appalled by the fact that he just signed what is, I think, the most restrictive anti-abortion bill in the country.

“So you have some folks that are talking boycott and are saying Hollywood should boycott the state of Georgia. Films—we know The Walking Dead is shot down there—there are lots of television programs and movies that are shot in Atlanta. What do you make of these calls to boycott the state of Georgia?” Reid asked.

“I think it’s a call to action and a call to attention,” Abrams replied. “I do not actually support a boycott of our state. I think you re-victimize women in particular when you take away the jobs that have come to the state. However, I think it’s very shortsighted of our business community and our political leadership to not recognize that these jobs can go elsewhere.”
