Bongino explodes on ‘clearly insane’ Leo Terrell, screaming ‘You’re a liar!’ See why Terrell totally had it coming.

During a heated discussion Monday evening on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” left-wing civil rights attorney Leo Terrell repeatedly accused conservative commentator Dan Bongino and conservative activist Star Parker of being afraid of President Donald Trump.

In response, Bongino revealed to the world what really frightens him: idiots.

“I’m afraid of idiots, and that’s why I hate going on the air with guys like you!” he finally blurt out in frustration after a lengthy and nearly pointless attempt to speak with Terrell about the Democrats’ attempts to stoke division by painting the president and his supporters as racists.

Granted, the discussion didn’t start like this.

Watch the beginning of the discussion below:

“They understand that their ideas only appeal to a limited portion of radicals … so what did they do?” Bongino said at the onset. “They knew they couldn’t get you to vote for their ideas, so they decided to paint Republicans as racists, hoping you’d just vote against them and that maybe they’d get a majority once in a while. That in conjunction with stacking the courts, they think will get them across the finish line. But they’re the ones stoking division — not Republicans.”

Terrell disagreed.

“Donald Trump has polarized this country so bad on issues of race. His hatred and the issues are very simple. Look at Charlottesville. Look at the issue of the Muslim ban. And I will submit to you that Dan will tell this audience that Donald Trump has never said a racist thing. You know why? Because Dan is afraid of Donald Trump and Dan will not admit Donald Trump has said racist comments the last three years. Isn’t that true Dan?”

“You’re a liar! You’re a liar! You’re lying on this show!” Bongino replied.

“Has Donald Trump said anything racist, Dan?” Terrell pressed.

“No!” Bongino responded. “The answer is no and you’re a liar!”

The media falsely smeared Trump as a racist after the Charlottesville incident in 2017 because of his willingness to accurately point out that not everybody who attended the “Unite the Right” rally was a white supremacist. Some had attended the event to simply protest the removal of Confederate statues.

The media have been very defensive of Antifa for reasons that remain unclear.

The media were also peeved with the president for rightly noting that the white supremacists who attended the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville weren’t the only party that stoked division and violence. Radical far-left activists affiliated with the terror group Antifa did as well.

And regarding the so-called “Muslim ban,” it’s not actually a Muslim ban, as noted by Bongino after about five minutes of Terrell repeating the same talking point over and over again.

“Leo is clearly insane. … This guy is out of his mind. I’m sorry, but there has never been an allegation that Donald Trump is a racist until he ran for president as a Republican. Leo is nuts, he’s race baiting people on the show, he has no evidence of anything he’s saying being true.”

“And he just lied to the audience saying that Muslims are banned from the United States. I was unaware of that, because if you’re Muslim, you’re allowed in the United States like anyone else. He is making that up to bait me and Star, because he has no facts because he’s been vaccinated against facts at an early age like every other liberal. All he has is his garbage nonsense that Donald Trump is a racist. It is disgusting, it is disgraceful and he should be embarrassed for saying it.”

Ouch.

But Terrell still wasn’t done. When Parker brought up Democrat congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s recent bouts of antisemitism, he deflected by claiming that at least some within the Democrat Party have called her out, whereas nobody in the Republican Party has ever condemned Trump’s allegedly racist rhetoric.

Bongino initially responded by noting that if Omar were a Republican, she’d have been censured by the entire party, not just condemned by a few. Fill-in host Jesse Watters like pointed out that plenty of Republicans have thrown Trump under the bus for remarks he’s made that weren’t actually racist.

So how did Terrell reply? By acting like a broken record and again trotting out accusations that Bongino and Star are afraid of the president.

“Dan’s afraid of Trump’s Twitter account,” he bloviated.

“I’m 6’1″, 230 pounds, I’m not afraid of much,” Bongino replied. “And certainly not your garbage!”

“Why does Dan yell?” Terrell asked slightly later. “You’re afraid of Trump.”

“I’m afraid of idiots!” Bongino roared back.
