Early morning traffic stop nabs convicted illegal immigrant child sex abuser, deported twice before

Thanks to America’s unsecured southern U.S. border, a criminal alien with a history of sexually abusing children managed to make it back into the U.S. despite two previous deportations.

But thanks to the hard work and diligence of Texas police officers, criminal alien Marvin Yovani Mejia Ramos, 50, didn’t have a chance this time around to harm any more children.

The criminal thug was arrested early Wednesday morning near the Texas community of New Caney following a traffic stop, according to the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office.

Though the illegal alien reportedly provided Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s officers with a fake name, they knew better and thus forced him to undergo an onsite fingerprint scan.

Early Morning Traffic Stop…

Posted by Pct. 4 Constable’s Office, Montgomery County Texas on Wednesday, January 30, 2019

“Mejia Ramos is a very dangerous convicted criminal that is in our country illegally. Great job by our deputy that located him and is once again bringing him to justice,” Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable Kenneth ‘Rowdy’ Hayden said following the thug’s arrest.

Great job indeed.

Ramos is among the many criminal aliens in America with a sick history of criminality.

“Mejia Ramos showed to have been a convicted felon and served 6 years for Perjury in Los Angeles, served 6 years for Sexual Assault of a Child and 2 more years for Lewd Acts with a Child Under the Age of 14, also in Los Angeles,” the constable’s office reported.

“Mejia Ramos has also served 8 years in Lancaster for Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child. Since then he has been deported in 2013 but soon returned, only to be arrested in 2015 for DWI in the Houston area, again under a fake name.”

He was reportedly again deported in 2015 but clearly returned.

Regarding his arrest, there’s both good news and news to report. The good news is that Hayden believes in the rule of law and has therefore transferred Ramos into the custody of the Department of Homeland Security, meaning in effect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Good man.

The bad news is that chances are Ramos will simply recross the border back into the U.S. What’s there to stop him? There’s no southern U.S. border wall, a number of Democrat-controlled communities across the nation have begun openly harboring illegals and there’s a chance DHS may get defunded.

None of this is the fault of the Trump administration, of course. President Donald Trump has for nearly two months now been seeking funding to begin the construction of a wall along the southern U.S. border. Congressional Democrats have however blocked all efforts to fund the wall.

According to congressional Democrats — who for the record also support so-called “sanctuary city” laws and in fact any laws that unfairly cater to the criminal alien community over American citizens — a border wall would be ineffective. The experts say otherwise.

“Every place we’ve built a wall — San Diego, Yuma, El Paso — the results have been a decrease in illegal immigration, a decrease in drug supply,” Obama era ICE Director Thomas Homan noted during an interview on Fox News the day after Christmas last year.

“The data is there. I keep hearing Democrats say, ‘The wall doesn’t work.’ Then you’re ignoring the data. Every place that it’s been put up, it’s worked 100 percent of the time. So if it works, what price are you willing to put on our national security and public safety?”

HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE MISSING …

He made the remarks on the same day that a California police officer was murdered by yet another criminal alien with a history of criminality. Except this illegal alien, Gustavo Perez Arriaga, was never deported despite being arrested twice in the past for driving under the influence. Thanks to California’s “sanctuary city” laws, he wasn’t even reported to ICE.

In the case of Ramos, neither Montgomery County nor Texas have much of a problem with loopy left-wing policies, as noted by Greg Abbott back in December vis-a-vis the California cop’s murder:

And so Ramos will undoubtedly be deported. It’s just too bad that he’ll probably be back quicker than you can tweet, “Democrats are becoming the Party of late-term abortion, high taxes, Open Borders and Crime!”

Speaking of which …
