Belligerent woman who posted about shooting POTUS between the eyes berates, slams door on Secret Service

There’s an old saying that you can’t fix stupid…

It’s a safe bet a San Antonio woman has never heard the “shouting fire in a crowded theater” counter to free speech, given her response to a plainclothes Secret Service agent showing at her door.

Some of the exchange was captured on video, with the woman falling back on her right to free speech when the agent confronted her for allegedly asking on Facebook of the president, “Can someone shoot the fool between the eyes already and call it a day.”

“On Thursday, January 10th, 2019 my aunt posted a comment about Donald Trump and a few hours later the secret service came to our home with a local police officer,” the video description reads. “Before I began recording the agent was trying to intimidate and get in our home without a warrant. After an exchange of words they left.”

The woman is belligerent throughout the exchange, repeatedly asking the agent and the police officer if she was required to speak with them or if she was being charged with a crime.

Not that she seemed to be confused about this, as the woman told the Secret Service agent it was “none of your concern” when asked her date of birth.

It doesn’t seem to have occurred to the woman that if you talk online about shooting President Trump between the eyes, the men and woman tasked with protecting him may be interested in hearing more from you.

When she came to realize that they were aware of her Facebook post, she really got agitated.

The agent said he was there to talk about the statement, prompting her to ask, “What statement?'”

He opened his file and began reading her alleged remarks, “Can someone shoot the fool between the eyes…”

Realizing she was busted, the woman didn’t take kindly to it.

“So what you’re saying is that I don’t have freedom of speech? I can’t say what I want to? Is that the concern?” she asked.

“Did I commit a crime by expressing what I said?” she added.

“That’s what I’m here to ascertain,” the agent calmly replied.

The woman continued to ask if she was under arrest or required to speak with them, with the agent informing her that she has the right to decline his interview.

The woman then tries to flip the narrative by playing the victim.

“You have a card?” she asked. “Maybe I can call your boss and then we could really sit down.”

She goes on to talk about getting legal representation and asks for the agent’s number but even that proved to be difficult. Upon getting the number, she rudely slammed the door in the officers’ faces.

Both the woman and a male recording the exchange seemed to be flabbergasted that a person can’t talk online about shooting the president of the United States between the eyes without being harassed.

The nerve.

The reaction online suggested that the Secret Service agent was just doing his job and that those who get a little too comfortable spouting off behind their keyboards need to understand this.
