Being a man is officially bad for society. American Psychological Assoc. deems ‘traditional masculinity’ harmful

It’s now official, being a man’s man is bad for society.

The American Psychological Association has declared that “traditional masculinity” is harmful, which doesn’t well for James Bond, according to Fox News Channel’s Laura Ingraham.

“James Bond’s masculinity has apparently hit its expiration date, can you believe it,” she said Tuesday on “The Ingraham Angle.”

Ingraham was joined by Emily Jashinski, culture editor at The Federalist, and radio talk show host Jamila Bey to discuss whether modern women dislike masculine men.

Men who display traits that “women of all ages probably find attractive, probably find compelling,” Jashinski said.

New guidelines on men and boys from the APA claim “masculine ideology” is linked to misogyny, homophobia, bullying and sexual harassment, according to NBC News.

The APA characterizes masculinity ideology as “a particular constellation of standards that have held sway over large segments of the population, including: anti-femininity, achievement, eschewal of the appearance of weakness, and adventure, risk, and violence.”

The organization released a propaganda-worthy video in 2016 titled, “Boys Don’t Cry.”

Psychologist Jared Skillings, the APA’s chief of professional practice, told NBC News the ideology “represents a set of characteristics that are unhealthy for men — men who are sexist or violent or don’t take care of themselves.”

In effect, where being a strong virile man was once coveted, in post-Obama America, it is now to be avoided.

“The main thrust of the subsequent research is that traditional masculinity – marked by stoicism, competitiveness, dominance and aggression – is, on the whole, harmful,” the APA said in a news release, according to NBC News.

Effeminate liberal soy boys across America are certain to be celebrating their upward evolution on the food chain, as we learn that not only is there a war on white men, but on all men who dare to act like… well, men.

“Traditional masculinity ideology has been shown to limit males’ psychological development, constrain their behavior, result in gender role strain and gender role conflict and negatively influence mental health and physical health,” the association warned.
