Stop apologizing! Tim Allen, Adam Carolla plan to fight PC police. Tucker vows to change show over it.

According two conservative heavyweights, to defeat the scourge of political correctness that’s infected American culture and stop the left from ruining holidays, movies and in some cases even lives, everyone should follow the lead of President Donald Trump and stop apologizing for saying the truth.

“What if everyone simultaneously stopped apologizing, stopped backpedaling, stopped walking back tweets when they were quoting Winston Churchill and then they had to apologize?” conservative comedian Adam Carolla asked rhetorically on Fox News this week.

Listen to the first part of the interview below:

Last month astronaut Scott Kelly apologized to outraged liberal Democrats after he shared an otherwise unoffensive quote from legendary 20th century British Prime Minister Winston Churchill to Twitter, writing, “Did not mean to offend by quoting Churchill.”

“What if it all stopped on Monday?” Carolla continued during his appearance on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” “There would be no more business on Tuesday for the people who want to shut you down. If we did it and we provided a uniform front — this would end immediately.”

Though host Tucker Carlson concurred, he wondered whether there’s “anyone who’s done that?”

“Donald Trump,” conservative radio show host Dennis Prager promptly replied. “And that’s what drives them crazy. He just marches on, does his thing.”

“Overwhelmingly, it has been good for the United States and the world. He has had some ridiculous things, even some bad things. Nevertheless, he does not apologize to the left. He is the ultimate nemesis of the left because he doesn’t care what they say.”

Prager was correct. Not once during either the presidential election two years ago or his two years in office since has the president ever capitulated to the left’s fascist-like demands that he apologize for speaking bluntly and temper his speech.

He cautioned though that far too many Americans are afraid to follow the president’s lead because of the potential career and legal repercussions.

“[T]here is more fear of the left in America than fear of God. There is more fear of ‘The New York Times’ editorial page than fear of god,” he noted, alluding to the way the left routinely uses the power of media and social media to destroy the lives of anyone who violates their rules of speech.

Listen to the rest of the interview below:

Carolla suggested that all Americans — including Carlson — ease into the battle against political correctness by taking small steps, such as by stopping with their habit of prefacing opinions with unnecessary statements and apologies.

“I listen to your show religiously. You guys do it and I think it’s unconscious and we all do it, where we say, he look, here are my thoughts on immigration and then you stop and you go, Hispanics are great people, I work with many Hispanic people, I have no ill will in my heart towards Hispanic people,” he explained.

Instead of just outlining his views on the incoming caravan of migrants and illegal immigrants, which most Americans believe should be turned back, even Carlson has in recent days felt compelled to first note to his audience that he’s not a racist.

“My point is we shouldn’t have to preface every talking point with I’m not misogynistic, I’m not homophobic, I’m not racist. We are not! This is insane that they have talked us into having to preface every talking point,” Carolla continued.

“The point is let’s stop doing that! Go right into the point! Go right into your talking point. You are not homophobic, and you’re not racist, and you are not xenophobic.”

Carlson was floored, to say the least, by Carolla’s blunt assessment.

“You just changed my show from now on, gentlemen,” he replied. “Thank you.”
