Dean Cain tells how ugly battle with Tom Arnold escalated: ‘I called him a cowardly, slanderous weasel’

Hollywood actor Dean Cain, who starred in the 90s classic “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” isn’t afraid of Tom Arnold.

The outspoken actor confronted Arnold backstage at Larry King’s studio earlier this month, using the opportunity to call him out for trash-talking him and other Trump supporters on Twitter.

“[H]e was calling me a racist [on Twitter], and I ran into him,” Cain revealed Saturday to Fox News host Jesse Watters during a discussion about the left’s increasingly mob-like behavior. “I said what are you talking about? I said I am absolutely not. He said, ‘I didn’t mean you, I mean they are using you.'”

Some of that altercation was captured on film:

Arnold appears to be among the liberal zealots who think anyone who supports President Donald Trump is a know-nothing rube who’s being used. It’s unclear though how supporting a president who’s grown the economy and pushed back against left-wing political correctness makes one a rube.

“Then after the dust-up he goes on Twitter and starts yelling about how he should have knocked me out,” the Hollywood actor continued. “I called him a cowardly, slanderous weasel.”

He wasn’t kidding about Arnold continuing to trash-talk him on Twitter.

Cain then laid out his core point, which is that unhinged leftists have become emboldened to act in increasingly “cowardly, slanderous” ways because of the Democrat Party’s  rhetoric.

“People think they are allowed to do this because Maxine waters is saying confront people, chase your senators down the hallways in the elevators. It’s coming from somewhere and it, dangerous stuff. Someone is going to get hurt and it’s not going to end well,” he explained.

But instead of toning it down, Democrats continue to spout inflammatory rhetoric.

Days after former Attorney General Eric Holder called for Democrats to “kick” Republicans and failed Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton likewise claimed that they “cannot be civil” with Republican, two GOP operatives were assaulted in Minnesota. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Republican Sen. Susan Collins’ husband received a threatening letter allegedly containing ricin, a Republican campaign manager in Nevada suffered bruises to her neck and arms after being accosted by a Democrat operative and a GOP headquarters building in Wyoming was set on fire:

Democrats don’t appear to be interested in being peaceful and civil anymore. However, conservatives like Cain certain do, which is why he’s among the Republicans who’ve condemned the recent harassment of House Minority Speaker Nancy Pelosi:

Democrats have yet to condemn any of their constituents’ behavior, including the perpetually foul behavior of Tom Arnold.
