The only thing better than Ben Shapiro’s ‘sit down’ with Ocasio-Cortez is the meltdown afterwards

It doesn’t take much to trigger the humorless left these days… or mock them for it.

In what was clearly a further spoof of a CRTV parody video featuring the Democrats’ newest star, democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, conservative personality Ben Shapiro released his own hilarious “sit down” with the New York congressional candidate.

“I finally had the opportunity to sit down with @Ocasio2018 for the Sunday Special and it went great!” Shapiro said in sharing the video on Twitter.

In the clip, as Ocasio-Cortez rambles on about raising corporate tax rates — she is a Democrat, after all — Shapiro’s eyes glaze over as he stares directly into the camera with a look of bemusement.

The circus-like music in the background seals the deal.

That Ocasio-Cortez has a degree in economics and international relations from Boston University, you would never know.

It’s clear Shapiro is not actually conducting an interview, as was the case last week with the CRTV video, which sent the left into a frenzy.

His video is so obvious, it produced a litany of sarcastic responses mocking liberals — in fact, it’s becoming a movement all its own.

But, oh, was it funny.
