The Washington Post reported that Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh, an avid fan of the Washington Nationals professional baseball team, “incurred tens of thousands of dollars of credit card debt buying baseball tickets over the past decade.”

Even worse, the jurist may have actually paid off these debts. Egad!
The media has only had a few days to do it’s own vetting off President Trump’s pick to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, but the baseball fetish and reports of Kananaugh being efficient at doing keg stands is leading the way thus far.
It’s also leading a wave of Twitter mockery.
In 2016, Kavanaugh reported having between $60,000 and $200,000 in debt accrued over three credit cards and a loan, according to The Post. The White House told the paper that Kavanaugh built up the debt by buying Nationals season tickets and tickets for playoff games for himself and a “handful” of friends, and for home improvements.
Brett Kavanaugh bought baseball tickets with credit cards, then paid off those credit cards.
Not only is that not really relevant to his position, but how is that a scandal?
Embarrassing. https://t.co/QFOtJug6KT

Never mind that Kavanaugh buying playoff tickets may be the best indication yet that he’s clean, because a more corrupt official would be gifted such tickets.
In another Post article, titled “The elite world of Brett Kavanaugh,” we learn that in the Georgetown Prep yearbook, Kavanaugh listed himself as the treasurer of the “Keg City Club — 100 Kegs or Bust.”
To summarize:
Attacking Brett Kavanaugh for
✅ Liking Kegs
✅ Loving Baseball
✅ Paying his debts
✅ Dancing with a little girl who lost her dad
