Trump admin. floats perfect answer. Outraged libs can provide foster care for illegal kids until court date

During an interview Friday evening on MSNBC, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, a Democrat, claimed that the Trump administration does “not have an intention to reunify” illegal immigrant children with their parents.

“The secretary told us on a conference call they do not have an intention to reunify these children with their parents,” he told MSNBC host Chris Hayes, referring to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar.

“They’re going to call it good if they can find anybody else who can serve as a foster parent or anybody else who can serve as familial relationship, and these kids don’t even know these strangers.”

Inslee’s uncorroborated allegation was that the Trump administration purposefully plans to sidestep a recent court order that requires all illegal immigrant children who’ve been detained separately to be reunited with their parents.

“It’s clear they do not intend to be humane and it’s clear they will continue on this course until he is removed from office,” Inslee concluded.

What is inhuman about foster care?

While it’s unclear if this allegation is even true, there are a myriad of reasons why the Trump administration might pursue such a plan.

When Child Protective Services scoops up children from a dysfunctional home, they send them off to foster care, where the kids are guaranteed proper care. The question therefore becomes why should illegal immigrant children who were dragged through hellish environments by their parents NOT be placed into foster care as well?

Does anyone else see the perfect solution?

The suddenly-heartbroken, outraged Americans, who ignored decades of child separations under multiple presidencies, can fix this problem easily. And everyone wins.

Put a call out to all of your concerned liberal friends to become legal, temporary foster parents. The children will have a comfortable, loving home to stay in while their parents, who broke the law, cycle through the US court system.

Problem solved.

Moreover, not every illegal immigrant child brought to the states by adults was brought here by their parents. Many were trafficked here by traffickers hellbent on using any trick or loophole to try and earn permanent residence in the states.

As noted by The Heritage Foundation, the pro-illegal-immigration policies of past administrations created “perverse incentives” for “the deadly Mexican drug cartels that run the trafficking networks on our southern border.”

The foundation cited the case of an illegal immigrant child whose parents paid traffickers to smuggle her into the United States during former President Barack Obama’s tenure in the White House.

Yet instead of sending the child back home or placing her into foster care, the Obama administration chose to reunite her with her parents, i.e., the same people who willingly gave her up to traffickers.

Speaking out against the administration in 2013, Judge Andrew Hanen accused it of helping to complete “the criminal mission of individuals who are violating the border security of the United States.”

Were Hanen to speak out about the current child separation scam, he might very well praise President Donald Trump for being smart enough to know better.
