‘So amazing’: Mike Pence shares powerful handwritten note given to him by freed NoKo prisoners

History was made Thursday morning as three liberated U.S. citizens returned home after being held prisoners in North Korea.

The Democrats long chided President Trump for his tough stance with NoKo leader Kim Jong Un, but now are reluctantly eating crow as peace looks to be a promising prospect with the volatile country.

While many in the U.S. celebrated the momentous occasion, one beautiful detail got lost in the excitement. Thankfully, Vice President Mike Pence who was on hand to welcome the Americans home graciously shared a handwritten note the ex- prisoners wrote to describe their overwhelming feeling of relief and thankfulness.

The note was the Bible psalm 126: 1-3. “We were like men who dreamed,” it read.

Pence tweeted about the “amazing moment” saying he would “never forget.”

The note brought many Twitter users to tears, as they celebrated all over again the mens’ triumph and humility.

It would be great if the msm would cover it. But they don’t, and that’s why BPR is here. Thank YOU for reading!
