A woman described as “extremely drunk” made obscene gestures and smashed the window of a chicken fast food restaurant because a $4 meal deal didn’t come with soda.
The woman may have confused Popeyes’ “$4 Wicked Good Deal” with Wendy’s “4 for $4 menu,” according to the New York Police Department.
She asked employees at the Staten Island Popeyes around 8:30 p.m. April 8 for something off the 4 for $4 menu, and became upset when workers informed her it didn’t come with a drink, the New York Daily News reports.
She still ordered food and ate it, but flipped off the employees, swung a cardboard sign around, then used a chair to break the front window, all of which was captured by security cameras.
Cops say the woman was between 18 to 25 years old, wearing a multi colored hair rag, a pink bandana, blue jeans, pink hoodie and black jacket.
Police are asking for help locating the suspect. “Hopefully they find her,” the unidentified employee who witnessed the incident told PIX11. “I don’t want her in this store.”
