The crazed killer who gunned down 17 fellow human beings in cold blood wants the families of his victims to receive his vast inheritance.
…as if that changes the horror he inflicted upon their lives.
In an effort to help “heal the community,” Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooter Nikolas Cruz wants to donate a reported $800,000 inheritance to the victims of the massacre he perpetrated, Fox News reported.

One of his attorneys, Melissa McNeill, told a Broward County judge Wednesday that Cruz “does not want those funds, whatever money that he is entitled to.”
Considering Cruz will spend the rest of his life, however long that may be, behind bars, he’ll have little use for the money. Not that he didn’t try to get the money before going on his killing spree. Fox News reported Cruz “hired a lawyer about two months before the rampage in an attempt to acquire his $800,000 inheritance.”
“He would like that money donated to an organization that the victims’ family believes would be able to facilitate healing in our community or an opportunity to educate our community about the issues that have ripened over the last four or five months,” McNeill added.
Issues that have ripened?
Is is even possible to comprehend that the gunman may now be advocating for gun control???

Another member of Cruz’s legal team asked the judge, “Let it go to those who have been hurt, period.”
Perhaps he’s hoping a little good press will spare him a visit to “Old Sparky” … oh, that’s right, the state of Florida now employs lethal injections over the electric chair.
It’s not clear if this wish is supported by Rocxanne Deschamps, the Florida woman who took in Cruz and his younger brother. Deschamps filed court papers in February asking to be named the administrator of the estate left by their adoptive mother, who died in November 2017.
The reaction online shows social media users are equally skeptical of Cruz’s intentions.
Here’s a quick sampling on responses from Twitter.

I’m not sure how I would feel about this if I were a parkland survivor or family of a victim. He can’t buy repentance for what he has done.
