Melania brings priceless smiles to child medical patients on Valentine’s Day

Sometimes a break from the news cycle’s negativity is needed, and no one does “heartwarming” better than the First Lady.

On Wednesday, before the horrific school shooting in Florida, Melania Trump spent her Valentine’s Day in Bethesda, Maryland with child patients at the National Institute of Health’s Children’s Inn.

The First Lady decorated cookies and valentines with the children, which she then exchanged with patients.

Serving children has been one of the hallmarks of Melania Trump’s time as First Lady.

Just in December, she visited Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and participated in a Toys for Tots charity program.

What better way to spend a Valentine’s Day than by giving love to those most in need?
