It appears that President Donald Trump is one step ahead of Democrats.
Again.
The president took to social media Saturday morning to say Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee intentionally crafted their rebuttal memo to the GOP’s controversial FISA memo in a way that would ensure he would reject it.

A tactic that would allow them to then attack the White House for not being transparent.
“The Democrats sent a very political and long response memo which they knew, because of sources and methods (and more), would have to be heavily redacted, whereupon they would blame the White House for lack of transparency,” Trump tweeted.
“Told them to re-do and send back in proper form!”

The memo from U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, contained information that would raise national security or law enforcement concerns if released publicly, according to a White House letter that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray signed, CNN reported.
In effect, it looks as if Democrats set a trap, hoping Trump would release it.
Just as the president noted, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi jumped on the decision to reject the memo, citing a lack of transparency.
“This move by @realDonaldTrump confirms what we have all known for weeks — that his decision to release the #NunesMemo was a blatantly political move made without concern for national security. The hypocrisy is on full display. What does the President have to hide?” she tweeted.

The president’s tweet clearly suggested that he’s willing to release the Democratic memo if the party removes the sensitive information contained therein.
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, a Trump supporter, made an appropriate observation on the particular flavor of the second memo.
“I also want to read the Democratic memo on the Democratic dossier paid for with Democratic party/campaign money for use by Democratic administration to spy on opposition of Democratic presidential candidate,” Fitton tweeted.
