Trump had nothing to do with glaring typo on State of the Union tickets

Liberals’ desperation to find anything to criticize President Trump for is at its peak.

On Monday, the House of Representatives issued vouchers for the president’s Tuesday night State of the Union address, but recipients of the tickets immediately noticed a glaring typo.

A misprint on the vouchers read “State of the Uniom.”

Tickets were printed by the Sergeant at Arms’ office, which told the Washington Examiner the typo would not interfere with the distribution schedule.

“There was a misprint on the ticket,” the SAA said. “A correction has been made and our office is redistributing the tickets. There is no expected delay in ticket distribution.”

According to SAA, the office will work to ensure individuals with a misprinted ticket “are able to attend the event,” and asserted such an error has “definitely not” happened in years.

Liberals were quick to pounce on President Trump.

The Trump administration was not involved in designing or printing the tickets. Neither were House Republicans, as noted by an aide to House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI).

Leave it to liberals to turn a simple typo into a near-impeachable offense.
