Louis C.K. accused by 5 women of ‘gross’ sexual misconduct, faces HBO’s wrath immediately

Louis C.K. has become the latest Hollywood celebrity to face allegations of sexual harassment, and HBO wasted no time with its response.

Immediately after allegations from multiple women against the comedian became public, HBO announced that it removed C.K. from its upcoming benefit event program.

“Louis C.K. will no longer be participating in the Night of Too Many Stars: America Unites for Autism Programs,” HBO said in a statement, Variety reported. “In addition, HBO is removing Louis C.K.’s past projects from its ‘On Demand’ services.”

Stunningly, the standup comedian has confessed to the charges in a public statement:

“These stories are true.”

At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my dick without asking first, which is also true. But what I learned later in life, too late, is that when you have power over another person, asking them to look at your dick isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them. The power I had over these women is that they admired me. And I wielded that power irresponsibly.”

He continued with an apology:

“I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position,” he said in part. “I also took advantage of the fact that I was widely admired in my and their community, which disabled them from sharing their story and brought hardship to them when they tried because people who look up to me didn’t want to hear it. I didn’t think that I was doing any of that because my position allowed me not to think about it.”

Saying, “There is nothing about this that I forgive myself for. And I have to reconcile it with who I am. Which is nothing compared to the task I left them with.”

The allegations against C.K. came in a New York Times story on Thursday where five women accused him of sexual misconduct.

Among the accusers were fellow comedians Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov.  Both say C.K. had invited them to his hotel room during the 2002 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colo.  The unsuspecting women claimed to have been “paralyzed” with fear when C.K. allegedly proceeded to strip and masturbate in front of them.

Comedian Rebecca Corry recalled a similar encounter in 2005, where she said C.K. had asked if she’d come to his hotel room to watch him masturbate while the two were filming a television pilot.

Repercussions for C.K. didn’t end with HBO.

Melania Trump finally got to see a ‘big, beautiful wall’ – this time, she kicks off her heels

Showtime dropped the premiere of C.K.’s new movie, “I Love You, Daddy” like a hot rock just before it was set to debut Thursday night. His scheduled appearance on the Late Show With Stephen Colbert, was also cancelled Deadline reported.

It wouldn’t have been C.K.’s first Late Show performance. The comedian appeared with Colbert in April and berated President Trump for being a “gross, crook, dirty, rotten, lying sack of s**t.”

Sounds like another sick-in-the-head Hollywood hypocrite.
