President Trump is making history with his Asia tour by a pushing Japanese-American trade more beneficial to the US and pushing for a stronger Japan capable of taking on North Korea.
But the left-leaning mainstream media would rather talk about feeding fish.
Journalists lost their minds Sunday night when a photograph surfaced of President Trump with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The two stood over a koi pond at Japan’s Akasaka palace, from where they fed the fish below with spoonfuls of food in small wooden boxes.
It’s hard to see anything controversial in the video. The two spend a few seconds enjoying the moment before Prime Minister Abe empties out his box of fish food into the pond. Taking his lead, President Trump does the same.
What set the “journalistic” world on fire was the single frame of President Trump dumping the contents of his box for the fish to eat.
Apparently, the horde of journalists so obsessed with “fact-checking” forget to fact-check themselves before falsely reporting that President Trump–not Prime Minister Shinzo–was the one to toss the food to the fishes all at once.

The “reporting” at CNN shows just how disingenuous the anti-Trump media is in its coverage. Just look at their headline.
If you read that headline, you automatically think it was President Trump alone who emptied out the contents of his box.
The first paragraph of the article, written by one Veronica Rocha, reinforces that narrative.
“President Donald Trump took a moment out of his whirlwind Japanese trip to connect with nature and feed some fish, but after a few delicate scoops, he resorted to a grand gesture met with some laughter.”
In a subsequent paragraph, Rocha finds herself forced to tell the truth (conveniently not doing so as the beginning so that readers who only skim the headline and first lines don’t see what really happened):
“The move got Trump some laughs, and a smile from Abe, who actually appeared to dump out his box of food ahead of Trump.”
Needless to say, Twitter users chewed out the media for their latest act of hyper-partisan reporting.
26 innocents dead at the hands of a leftist atheist and the MSM was crying over the way Trump fed fish. This is why Americans despise MSM.

Verified libtards made up a fake story about Trump being terrible for emptying a box of fish food when Abe did the same.

If you cannot be honest about Trump feeding fish then odds are you can’t be honest about anything else he does.

This feigned outrage from the left is the sequel to the hysteria over President Trump throwing paper towel rolls in Puerto Rico.

What no one seems to be able to answer is: even if President Trump had dumped the fish food into the pond first, what exactly would have been so bad about it?
Does it make a difference if the fish get all the food at once or in spoonfuls? It would still have been the same amount of food.
But when have liberals ever been known for using common sense?
