A German man must have been hard up for some affection when he was working out at the gym.
The unnamed man got his penis stuck in a 5 1/2 pound dumbbell plate, the Independent reported.
The man had to be sedated as firefighters used an angle-grinder, circular saw and hydraulic emergency tool to cut and smash the weight.
The Worms, Germany fire department described the situation as “somewhat different” in a Facebook post on the incident where it shared a photo of the destroyed weight.
“One person had a very sensitive part of the body trapped in the hole of a 2.5 kg dumbbell disc,” the department wrote, and cautioned, “Please do not imitate such actions.”
Perhaps the man can swap stories with the U.K. woman who needed an embarrassing rescue while on a Tinder date weeks ago.
That unnamed woman had to be saved by firefighters because she got stuck in a window while attempting to retrieve her own poop.
