A family in Colorado Springs, Colo., was fast asleep when a 375 pound bear entered their home, rummaged through their fridge and hung out for hours without an invitation.
The Colorado homeowner, Chris O’Dubhraic, posted to his personal Facebook page on the Fourth of July about the event.
“He stayed for about 4 1/2 hours walking around the kitchen (trashed and ripped 8 foot door off ), investigated all open bedrooms, family room, and the deck to relax,” O’Dubhraic wrote.

The bear is seen wandering around the first floor of the home, investigating what appears to be every nook and cranny in the place.
After hanging out in the house for nearly 5 hours, the bear left at approximately 4:30 a.m. Colorado Parks and Wildlife Department tracked down the bear and euthanized it Tuesday morning, according to local news outlet KRDO.
