Escape blue state misery! Booming new business helps conservatives relocate to red states

Great jobs, great schools, less crime… what’s not to love?

Paul Chabot, became founder of conservativemove.com when he realized he was not alone in his willingness to relocate his family in the quest for a better life.

Chabot said California, the state he was born and raised in, had completely transformed into a place that offers little opportunity for himself and his children. Chabot, his wife, and four young kids have moved to northern Texas and has no regrets.

“We’ve been in Texas now for five months, love it, it’s a great state to raise a family,” Chabot told Fox Business Network’s Stuart Varney.

He said at the family’s going away party in California he had many friends with the same concerns asking about the move. His experience led him to start his new business that will help conservatives escape blue state misery for the greener pastures of Texas and eventually, other red state areas of the country.

Varney, however, wasn’t entirely sold on the idea.

“The Republicans, how are they ever going to win in a place like California or New York state, if all the conservatives move to Texas where they’re already winning?” Varney asked.

Chabot agreed that Varney made a good point, but took the Fox host off guard when he said his website had exploded in little over a week of its launch.

“Over 1,000 families have signed up. We’ve been in business now for about eight days.”

“It’s exploded on the national level,” Chabot said.

Chabot explained that while he is hoping to make a living off the new business venture he’s also hoping to help his fellow conservatives at the same time.

“We want people to have a broader conversation about what makes up a good community. The safe community about conservative values.

“Great school, great jobs, low crime. Those things don’t exist in the liberal bastions of California.”

Currently, Chabot is helping conservatives from all over the country move to North Texas but says his business is going to expand to other parts of the country.
