A group of Saudi Arabian soccer players gave the impression they didn’t lose any sleep over the deaths of innocent victims in the London terror attack last week.
The Middle Eastern soccer team was on hand to face the Australian team on Thursday in Adelaide when a moment of silence was called during the pre-game for the victims of the June 3 attack.
But rather than standing for the moment of silence, the entire team kicked the ball around, except for one lone player, Salman Al-Faraj, who stood for the tribute.

Other members of the team who were not starting the game sat on the bench, despite their captain asking them to stand, the Daily Mail reported.
And Saudi fans in the stands moved around and made noise during the tribute, according to the Mail.
The entire Australian team stood for the moment of silence.
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation released a statement saying it “deeply regrets and unreservedly apologizes for any offense caused.”
“The players did not intend any disrespect to the memories of the victims or to cause upset to their families, friends or any individual affected by the atrocity,” it said.
“The Saudi Arabian Football Federation condemns all acts of terrorism and extremism and extends its sincerest condolences to the families of all the victims and to the Government and people of the United Kingdom.”
But that didn’t stop the anger expressed by fans on social media.
They knew what they were doing, no one is buying their crap.
