Controversial media personality Tomi Lahren retweeted a photo of herself rocking a “Black Guns Matter” t-shirt that stirred plenty of reaction.
The caption accompanying the photo read: “Retweet this picture of
@TomiLahren to trigger your friendly neighborhood snowflake into oblivion :).”

Before being unceremoniously dumped by BlazeTV, Lahren did a segment with the founder of “Black Guns Matter, ” Maj Toure, who offered his reasoning on why it does matter.
The goal being to educate people in urban communities about their 2nd Amendment rights and responsibilities through firearms training and education.
Toure was quick to retweet a similar photo of Lahren:

The reaction on social media was an interesting mix between haters and staunch admires… few of whom likely have much of an understanding of what Black Guns Matter is all about.
Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:

@TomiLahren Tomi, as someone who claims to want civil discourse, why does your goal always seem to be to upset and bother people?

@TomiLahren If you spent half as much time researching history and issues as you do “triggering libs” you could be a force for good. But instead…this.

@TomiLahren Tomi is a symptom. Not influencing anything, no solutions. Just a bedazzled and dyed megaphone for idiots and the unexceptional.

@TomiLahren This picture looks like you’re asking a 17 year old waitress how hard her job really is after you got a regular coke when you asked for diet

@TomiLahren Genuinely wondering how/why you agree with Black Guns (whatever that means) Matter but think Black Lives Matter is racist/divisive

@TomiLahren Bet you won’t wear that shirt around black neighborhoods.

@TomiLahren You’re trying to trigger by mocking Black Lives Matter. You’re going out of your way to mock something born out of violent racial crime…
