Fmr Hillary Clinton advisor has radical idea for WH press dinner – and Twitter LIT UP!

Peter Daou took to social media Saturday night to share what he thinks should have happened at the White House Correspondence Dinner.

…you know, the event President Donald Trump refused to attend.

Daou is a former adviser to Hillary Clinton and, along with Tom Watson, co-founded #HillaryMen, so it should come as no surprise that he stood by his … woman.

“Most honest thing that could happen at is for the national press to apologize to Hillary and her voters for their disdainful coverage,” Daou tweeted.

…as if the media could’ve been more in the tank for Hillary than they already were!

Muslim comedian Hasan Minhaj was tagged to headline the event and he didn’t disappoint the liberal base, flipping the narrative on fake news by calling Trump a “liar-in-chief.”

“We are living in the golden age of lying,” he said. “Now is the time to be a liar, and Donald Trump is liar-in-chief.”
