The father of the illegal immigrant charged with raping a 14-year-old Maryland girl in a high school bathroom was also in the United States illegally and has been arrested.
A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson said Adolfo Sanchez-Reyes, the father of 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian, was arrested last Friday “after a review of his immigration history revealed he was unlawfully present in the United States,” Fox News reported.

Sanchez-Milian, from Guatemala, is one of two assailants charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offenses for the incident involving the young student at Rockville High School in Montgomery County.
According to his attorney, Sanchez-Milian appears to have been part of the Obama administration’s “catch and release program,” having been detained last year by ICE for 12 days before they “put him on a plane” to Maryland.

The attorney, Andrew Jezic, claims the sex between his 18-year-old client and the 14-year-old girl was consensual, according to Fox News.
