Saying “there’s something to it,” talk radio king Rush Limbaugh was somewhat in agreement with a tweet from President Donald Trump on Friday calling the media “the enemy of the American people.”
In a rare appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” Limbaugh also discounted the media’s chances to “destroy” Trump.

“The media did not make Donald Trump, and they can’t destroy him,” Rush told host Chris Wallace.
“They have a formula, they have a blueprint for destroying Republican political officials they don’t like,” Rush explained. “It’s not going to work on Trump. He doesn’t fit that mold.”
“They’re trying to every day,” he added. “It’s kind of comical to watch.”
Rush said Trump won the election on substance, “explaining his agenda more than any political presidential candidate ever has in my memory.”
