Piers Morgan, like his friend President Donald Trump, is not one to back off of a social media war.
That was discovered this weekend by leftist Jim Jefferies when he took him on after the two had a fierce battle on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” that included the comedian telling Morgan to “f**k off.”
And it was subsequently learned by “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling who rushed to Jefferies’ defense on Twitter.

Morgan quickly responded.

Rowling fired back, asking if Morgan knew she was going to mock him years in advance.

Morgan also asked the author if she wanted him “to explain why all your political views keep being defeated at the ballot box,” but deleted the tweet.
Rowling responded regardless.
