Think Progress’ Ian Millhiser seized on President Donald Trump ripping the federal judge who put a temporary stop to his executing order instituting a travel ban against seven Middle Eastern countries to help the Democratic Party justify obstructing any effort by the president to fill the vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Millhiser, a committed ideologue who identifies as the “justice editor” at the left-wing outfit, felt compelled to note on social media last week that he had not “been arrested by anyone in Donald Trump’s government.”
And he followed that gem up Saturday morning with this deep thought:

The reaction on social media suggests with such easy openings, this must be the way Millhiser wants it… well, he gets it.
Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:
Trump tweeted something bad about a judge so now we have to throw out the Constitution. https://t.co/338PQPKXZ9

@imillhiser Consider the possibility that you & the other #snowflakes should move to France. Or at least go to your #safespaces until 2020.

@imillhiser Consider the possibility that what you’re saying is carefully couched encouragement for political chaos.

Consider the possibility that you are mistaken about the Constitutional process. Heritage Foundation will send you a free copy.— Susan Greer-Mote (@greer_mote) February 4, 2017
@imillhiser Consider the possibility that you’re going to have a rough four years if you’re so hypersensitive. #seektherapy

As for the odds of him being arrested, BPR’s very own Warner Todd Huston put those fears to rest:
@imillhiser They don’t arrest someone merely because they are stupid So, barring any overt action on your part, you are quite safe.
