The stunning moment a pickup truck plowed into a New York bus sending passengers flying was caught on video.
The truck driver, Neil Brownell, thought he was hitting his brake, but rather hit the gas pedal and sent the truck careening past a “for sale” sign and into the Centro bus in Syracuse.
In the video, a man is seen looking at the window at the oncoming truck and moving in the nick of time to avoid serious injury even though the impact launched him to the other side of the bus.
Passenger Herbert Barry, 60, received a broken leg and hand injuries, and the truck drivers wife was taken to the hospital but, no serious injuries were reported, according to Syracuse.com.
