Shameless Dem lets Twitter poll decide whether or not she’ll attend Trump’s Inauguration

It’s a toss-up over whether it’s pandering at its best or just another weak-kneed D.C. politician looking for political cover for their actions.

Falling in line with what looks to be the popular sentiment among the hard left, Rep. Karen Bass announced on Tuesday she will not be attending President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.

A decision she made after running a Twitter poll… and we know how accurate they are.

In response to the president-elect hitting back after Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., attacked him as an “illegitimate president,” the California Democrat put up a poll asking if she should attend Trump’s swearing-in on Friday — she asked “my constituents,” though there’s no way to know who responded.

Upon getting the desired number — 84 percent of respondents said she should skip the ceremony — Bass closed the poll and announced her decision.

Needless to say, social media users carved Bass up and served her for dinner… here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:
